Beautiful Area

Great place, easy access, lovely neighborhood. Loved the Nespresso machine. Close to stores, restaurants and the highway. Will definitely stay here again!

This was ideal for my circumstances, as I did not need to pay for a full house, full kitchen or private yard. It was cozy, comfortable and very conveniently located for anywhere I needed to go.

Trip to Santa Rosa wine country

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is located in a quiet suburb with plenty of shops and restaurants in Montgomery Village, and Santa Rosa town center, both just a few minutes drive. The space was comfortable and cozy. There was plenty of natural light, with windows on three sides, and a lovely long window seat. The sloped walls gave it lots of charm. The Nespresso machine was a nice bonus! We enjoyed going back to the studio every evening after a busy day of sightseeing and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful little apartment. Comfortable and clean. Nicely furnished as well. And easy access to points of interest in the area. I recommend staying here!

Santa Rosa stay

We loved our stay. The place was perfect for us. It was a great location between all the wineries we visited. Julia was very quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood is great for walks as well. Close to everything.

Even better than expected

The property was great. Easy to get in and out, and felt private. It was convenient to the freeway, and to SRJC. As an added bonus, within walking distance of a nice park and brewpub!

Santa Rosa Stay

The property was exactly what I needed, a bed, a bathroom, coffee, a table and chairs. I couldn’t ask for more. Entry is private and easy to use, neighborhood is quiet and the property is close to many Santa Rosa restaurants and shopping.

Clean, private and relaxing

This was a great place for me to stay while visiting wine country. The property is a private unit above the garage with a separate entrance. I had no problems checking in. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a nice espresso machine which I did not use, and a wine opener which I did use to enjoy something purchased in Sonoma. Quick 15-minute drive to Santa Rosa airport. Overall this is definitely a place I would stay again.
