Summary:
-A Kure Beach 1 bedroom listing in a quadplex and just a 2 minute walk to the beach! Newly renovated and staged by local super-hosts, come enjoy the salty breeze while you check out this great new listing! This is a classic beach unit that has been renovated, but like many older beach units, please be aware this unit does have 7.5’ ceilings. Centrally located to access all outdoor activities Kure area has to offer: beach, fishing, boating, biking -Perfect for a family, friends, stay-cation or weekend escape

The Space:
This is a quadplex with three other units. This is the bottom right unit.

- Full Kitchen well stocked with: (coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes, fridge, stove, microwave)


- Living area including flat screen smart tv.

-Outdoor shower area is available for your use to wash away the sand. Please note it is shared with the other units for everyone's convenience and located on the left side of the home.

Other Things to Note:
Parking included for 2 vehicles

Pet friendly

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

Beach Worthy

The booking through Vrbo was easy and a simple online process. The communication prior to the visit could have been more efficient. We did not get the information until we actually arrived and we had to contact the property manager to get the information. That was resolved. The property was a short lovely walk to the beach as stated in the description. The location was as described. Understand this is a bottom floor unit of a house that has four rentable units. We were pleased with our stay and fortunate the upstairs We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty, mold, mildew, musky, and would not even let my Dog stay in that place. Couch had a leg broken and had previous been repaired. Shower needs a VERY good bleach/Clorox cleaning. Mold and mildew on ceiling and tile. Small bedroom needs cleaning under and sides of bed, spider webs and spiders. ALL air conditioners need a GOOD cleaning, filters and all. I cleaned the filters in 3 rooms and they were clogged! Floors need to be Cloroxed and go under couch and beds. The wrong place smells awful, Mildred and mold. Refrigerator needs replacing would not keep anything cold. Freezer fine.Need ceiling fans in all rooms. Boards need replacing outside on deck, rotten boards and unsafe. The section we were in, could hear walking upstairs all day and night. When I got home had to wash clothes that was in suitcase due to the musky smell. My CPap (sleep machine) even had to be deep clean due to the musky scent getting into the filter. JUST NEEDS REDOING THE WHOLE VILLA. I would NOT recommend to anyone. Just a BAD 6 day’s and a waste of my money!!😩
