Great location

The location was great. Quick access to beach and walking distance to pier, store and restaurants. Room is small but perfect for 2 people or one traveler. TV is extremely small. It’s basically one room with bathroom. Everything was clean and kitchen had basic necessities. No oven. Parking is limited and small so large vehicles would have issues with parking. Overall great experience and would book room again.

VERY BASIC

This property is very basic, if you want no frills it will work well. Very easy, inexpensive items should be added - such as drawers or hangers in the closet to put clothes in, drawers in bathroom to hold toiletries (pedistal sink), mirror in room (women like to see their outfits).

Decent price. Incredible beach access.

Quiet, nice neighborhood. Three minute walk to the beach. The hosts were responsive. Cleanliness wasn’t top tier, but it wasn’t unhygienic. The location and price make this a five star choice for the area. Their staff was communicative. Appliances are working. Shower is tight but that hot water is fiiine. It’s a ground floor unit in a beach area so you will encounter bugs, maybe even a roach. I saw two bugs, but neither of them were primary disease carries. Just wash your dishes and you’ll be fine. No oven, but there are great restaurants nearby and a modest kitchen in the rental.

Great Place to stay!

Enjoyed staying here very much. It was clean and quiet, yet close enough to shops, restaurants and the pier to walk to. Will be staying here again!

Easy access to the beach

Just few steps away from the beach, grocery store and restaurants. You can sit outside for the morning coffee, no disturbing sounds. The kitchen is worthy for easy meals, even if you need an small oven

Peaceful place to rest. Big enough for 2, the AC a little noisy but fine, it's a little detail in comparation to the other great advantages. Excelent and prompt Guest Service. I'm Very satisfied with the experience.

Disappointed

When we arrived the cottage was appearing clean, just smaller than expected. The kitchen listing is actually a kitchenette with NO oven which annoyed me because I bought items to cook in an oven. Did not have proper tools to cook food in a pan so I had to purchase my own. Bed rails were falling off /apart. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my neck and back. Shower is extremely small and had webs near the rack that holds items. Could not get access to the “shared” laundry area which was not stated in the listing for 3 days. Could not get a property manager on property for 3 days. Patio area is not cute at all. No view of pier unless you’re staying on the street side. Roaches in kitchen. Will never stay there again.
