Great! 1st floor convenience & nicely redone recently.

Decor is very nice for this ground level condo (avoid the elevators!), beds were good quality and whole place had a nice setup. Shower temp issues (only hot/super hot) still need to be fixed better (switched to only cold), but assistance came fast to improve. Management company quick to respond & great customer service. The Summit rarely disappoints ❤️

Unit great floor problem

Great unit location, but the floor was ruined from water damage and (floor) did not appear to be cleaned before our arrival. Other than that the beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed.

Yearly PCB visit

This condo was one of the best ones we have stayed at while visiting the Summit. It was very clean, the mattress was good, furniture was great. I had an elderly parent with me and the walk in shower was a huge plus. The only complaints I would have is the kitchen has very little pots/pans to cook with. We have been coming to PCB for so long, we now enjoy just staying in and cooking all out meals. If you are the same and like to cook, I would bring pots/pan/cooking sheets. The flooring was also popping up (maybe due to humidity). It was most dangerous in the kitchen where flooring was just laying there and not connected. It was a huge trip hazard. I had to make sure my elderly mother wore decent shoes while inside to prevent tripping. Other than that, everything was fine.

Nice condo, but issues

Floor in kitchen was moved around and pulled up upon arrival. Shortly after we learned why. The washer flooded the kitchen. Issue was not resolved until the day we left and I’m sure the floor still isn’t fixed. We have a handicap son and baby, making this a trip hazard. Emailed southern vacation and they never emailed back. Disappointed in the company in charge of this unit for not atleast responding.
