The condo was nice and updated. The view was nice. There was mold and hair in the shower. I’m not sure if the bathrooms are actually cleaned properly. I’m not sure how house keeping could miss the mold in the shower. There were chips on the kitchen floor and cookies by the nightstand. The living room rug was very dirty. It needs to be washed or replaced. I sent an email to the email that was provided about the mold in the shower. No one responded to the email but housekeeping showed up a short time after. Over all it’s a nice unit.

This unit was perfect. Clean and great decor. There was a fan and extra blanket in closet. Hangers, dish soap, laundry soap and basic kitchen equipment all provided. Stackable washer/dryer in unit was a plus. Employees were all very friendly. There is a shop and food available on site but plenty of options close by. The tiki bar served great drinks and the beach was top notch. You can rent beach chairs/umbrella for 40 day. Would stay here again.

We did NOT stay at The Summit. The day we were to check in we were informed that the unit at The Summit was not available because renovations were not completed. They offered and we accepted a 2BR 2 BA unit at a location just a short distance from The Summit. It was great. Fronting to the beach with laundry in our unit.

We had a great experience with this unit. Our only complaints were with the condo complex itself. The room comfortably fits 4 people. There are two great bathrooms and an in unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Everything was in great working order. The views from the porch were incredible(as good as advertised)Our only gripe with our experience was the summit complex as a whole. We were there in early May. The crowd was cranky old southerners and everyone was smoking. Although this apartment was smoke free, the complex itself was not. The location is great in Panama City Beach, the private beach was stellar and the room is great. There are probably better options if you’re sensitive to smoking.

Very clean room equipment with a full kitchen& washer and dryer. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The tiki bar on the property makes the best drinks. Pizza, ice cream , and oysters all in walking distance.

April vacation

The Summit was clean and safe. Location was great. The Tiki bar was an added bonus as well as Bikini Bob’s. With these two bonuses you really don’t need to leave the property. Hopefully we will return.
