Both full baths feature double sinks and ample storage. The upstairs loft overlooks the living room + outdoor views and is outfitted with a home office / workspace. The large living room is complete with a huge sectional couch and trundle bed (2 twin beds).

Lake Forest is a small, quiet neighborhood located near the main gate of Sea Pines with an exclusive pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Ample parking is available near the front door of the home.
