48 Kingston Dunes Rd is a fully remodeled home with a private yard, a beautiful golf course view and plenty of natural light throughout the house. This home is in a quiet area of Shipyard Plantation and is perfect for families wanting a beach getaway or couples on a golf retreat. An easy 5-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk takes you to Shipyard Beach Club where there are changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and a beautiful view of the ocean.

A few stairs lead you to the front door where you are greeted by new flooring and new furniture throughout this coastal home. The first bedroom is located on the left with a king-sized bed and smart TV. The bathroom is located across the hall with a tiled walk-in shower and is easily accessible for anyone in the home. The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa and an open floor plan that makes entertaining easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy meals with friends and family. Two dining areas are available. One is off the kitchen and overlooks the golf course, additional seating is available at the kitchen island. The second formal dining area is adjacent to the living room.

Down a short hallway and up a few steps lead you to Bedroom 2 which features 2 Queen-sized beds, a smart TV and an ensuite with a tiled shower/tub combo. Back out to the hallway, the main suite is up a short stairway and has the best view in the entire house! Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, electric fireplace and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Everything in this home is meant to make you feel like you are on a luxury Hilton Head Island vacation! Back outside, a screened-in porch is located off the main living room and an uncovered deck spans the entire length of the home! You can enjoy your morning coffee or cook out with the new propane grill all while watching the 8th green golf action! The backyard is private and the perfect place to relax after a long day on the golf course or at the beach. The Shipyard beach club is only 0.7 miles away and you can easily walk or bike to the beach.

Shipyard offers a seasonal shuttle service (May 24 – September 5) from your neighborhood to the Shipyard Beach Club! The shuttle is an additional cost of $10 for 4 wristbands or $15 for 6 wristbands. It is a convenient way to make getting to and from the beach easy! More information on how to purchase wristbands will be provided 30 days or less, prior to check in!
