This beautiful villa in the southwest is located in a quiet location on a beautifully landscaped plot, directly on the canal in the coveted yacht club area of Cape Coral with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The very spacious outdoor area with a heatable saltwater pool and a private jetty offers space on 2300 sqft for up to 6 people.

The living area is open and bright. This consists of a cozy TV corner with a large couch, a smart TV and the dining area, which borders the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils and the kitchen bar is perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack in between. There is room for the whole family at the dining table. Sliding doors open onto the terrace to complement the open plan concept.

The master suite has a king size bed with a TV, the master bath has a separate walk-in shower and tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The master suite and 2nd bedroom have direct access to the pool and views over the canal. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables, chests of drawers and closets. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the 2nd bathroom with shower. The third bathroom serves as a guest toilet.

The outdoor area with the west-facing saltwater pool (no smell of chlorine & particularly skin-friendly) surrounded by plants and palm trees invites you to relax. The large sliding doors can be easily opened to the terrace. The covered patio area with a gas grill and outdoor dining area offers you the opportunity to spend cozy barbecue evenings outdoors. Our guests also have access to the garage, where 2 bicycles and beach accessories are available for your trip.

Cape Coral is a waterway dream. Explore the tropical waterways and natural beaches. The most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibal and Captiva can be reached in the quickest way. You are only 30 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and only 5 minutes from many local restaurants, shops and the Yacht Club.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
