Welcome to Retro Retreat. This spacious, brightly colored home is the ultimate vacation
home for entertainment, relaxation and boating. The oversized South facing screened lanai features
a heated pool, hot tub, dining area and sunbathing area with 4 lounge chairs on a
corner lot, with wrapping around water views. A great spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine
all day long!
Take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! By boat, the
Caloosahatchee River just 5 minutes away to the adventures of the Gulf of Mexico.
There are bikes to explore the neighborhood and 2 kayaks to paddle around the canals.
We are also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls.
At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private
lanai, sipping a beverage, grilling a steak and sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.
The house has a very open-air floor plan with spacious, light-filled rooms. The open
kitchen has access to Living and Family room. The living /dining area provides a
comfortable gathering spot for your whole group. Watch movies in the evening or watch
the kids playing in the pool from the spacious family room.
The large master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, and a large closet. A large
bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. On the opposite side of the
house there are 3 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed, the third guest bedroom has a
twin over full bunk bed with PAC Man and the fourth bedroom has 1 twin bed. All
bedrooms have TV with internet for streaming your favorite app, and live TV
