Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located Murray condo. Professionally decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sure to compliment your vacation memories. A condo by definition; this is not an apartment below your host! What you see is what you get. Conveniently located only minutes from the airport, down town S.L.C. and many of Utah's most popular ski resorts such as Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. Easy access to freeways, and stores such as Costco, Fashion Place mall, as well as many popular restaurants.
The space
The interior of our property was professionally decorated to accommodate a modern, yet cozy stay. Once inside, guests can expect the following.

• Open floor plan
• Kitchen equipped with the essentials.
• Patio with nicely cushioned furniture.
• Gas BBQ ready to go.
• (1) Dedicated parking space inside parking garage. (Note:) Full size trucks, SUV’s or lifted vehicles will not fit inside the covered garage.
• Visitor parking (1st. come 1st serve bases.)

• Neutral Queen size beds sure to offer maximum comfort. One Medium firm, and the other offering both soft & medium-firm comfort (must be able to flip mattress) you may flip mattress at your own risk, but please don't rearrange the bedroom furniture, and of course, please return the mattress to the side you found it.

• 55-inch smart TV, and Apple TV both hard wired for your convenience.
Bring your passwords and sign into your favorite apps and enjoy all your shows just as you would at home. Or simply mirror your phone using the Apple mirror feature on the apple TV!

Perfect stay

We loved this condo! It was cozy, well equipped, and had everything we could need. I was worried about street noise but inside the unit it was quiet and we slept well. The location was also close to all that we wanted to do. 5 stars for sure!

Place was in an easy area getting to everything we wanted, it is busy around so can be noisy at times but also is what we expected in the city area. Inside felt private and cozy, had anything we needed.

Our Visit To Salt Lake City

The location was convenient for visiting family, although being on such a busy street made it a little noisy and somewhat difficult to exit the garage. Otherwise, our stay was most pleasant.

Centrally located condo with great updates

The condo was clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, including cleaning products, clothes/dish washer pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, body wash, towels, etc. Very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Access to anything in Salt Lake valley (and beyond) is just a short drive away. Hosts were great to work with when flexibility and extensions were needed.

Cozy and cute!

This condo was as described, small but efficient and well stocked. As noted, the parking garage is a tight fit. We rented a Jeep Wagoneer and fit (barely) under the low ceiling. Easy to get in and out of and bed were comfy. Thoughtful touches (extra blankets) made for quality time watching movies on the couch after long ski days. This is not a walkable area of town, more businesses around but close driving to everything you need! Ask for hot tub towels, we had to quick turn our bath towels in the washer when we went in the hot tub.

Excellent property

Outstanding owners with excellent communication throughout. The unit itself was clean, very comfortable beds, and simply felt home-like from moment one. It was the perfect accommodation for my adult son and I on our ski trip, and we definitely plan to return. I did inadvertently overlook some instruction regarding the onsite parking, and my rental pick up would not fit in the underground garage. The owner promptly indicated nearby and well lit parking options, and we experienced no issues during our stay. Just something to consider if renting a vehicle. I would believe standard cars and most SUVs would work fine. Again, couldn’t have been more pleased with this property and the owners!
