Long Beach Island - det finns ingen plats som den. Vacker 2-enhet hem i Holgate (södra änden av ön) 50 meter från stranden, 1 kvarter från bukten. Huset är helt renoverat för 2019 med nya kök, bad, allt! LOWER-enheten är den primära hyra:

Kom och ta en vecka eller helg i LBI på den bästa delen av ön. Detta område är där du kan vara mindre än en kilometer från centrum av shopping och restauranger, medan du slappna av i det lugna där det finns lite trafik och inget att störa dig i världen!

Området: LBI-området där fastigheten är belägen heter Holgate (strandort på kartan). Detta är mindre än en kilometer från öns södra ände och är väldigt tyst jämfört med mycket av ön, Huset ligger ca 50 meter från stranden och ca 150 meter från bukten och är mycket trevligt. Du kan gå till slutet av ön och besöka en fågelreservat som är mycket intressant, och du är en kort promenad eller cykeltur bort från centrum av staden!

Stay at this house!

This house is a must see - newly renovated since the pictures online and is awesome! Easy process with owner and everything went exactly as planned. If you are in Beach haven this is the place to stay in.

this whole place got renovated so they need to update the pictures online. They told us it just got redone - and it is awesome!. Communication with the property owner very easy and reliable - location and house are really great!

This is the place!

You will not find a better place or owner in Holgate! The house was just like it looks in pictures - 100 feet from the beach - kitchen with everything and they even have chairs and bikes that they let us use. I cant say enough - and we're coming back!

Wonderful vacation, great spot!

My husband and I rented the bottom unit, along with my cousin and his wife. Four adults, plenty of room, and just steps from the ocean. Second house in from the main road, cross that road and your at the beach access. Lovely front porch where we ate dinner every night. The owner was upstairs for part of our visit. Great guy, visited with us out front and gave us a bit of the history of the house. Very nice, newish kitchen, completely appointed with everything we needed. Nice outdoor shower, which is a must for a beach house! We'd definitely come back!

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The big lot provides lots of parking. The porches are great for relaxing in the morning and enjoying the sunset. He owners were helpful. I have recommended the house to others. It's such a great location. There's a little "supermarket" within walking distance where we would pick up breakfast items, lunchmeat, etc... There's no need to visit the larger busier stores on the island. The house is so close to the beach that you can return to the house any time you need to. It's quiet at the end of the island but stores and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car.

Quaint and quiet

Absolutely enjoyed our week at this lovely home. End of Island location was perfect for my adult family. Home is very roomy and very comfortable. Close enough to the beach to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Large front porch was a haven for the family dog. Large kitchen and dinning area fit our needs well. Comfortable, comfortable, comfortable, what else does one need to relax.

Shore to Please

A wonderful escape to a very pretty and quite part of the island. Close to the water and the bird sanctuary, yet far enough from the busyness of the town center. The house is clean, well equipped, safe, secure and accomodating to visiting friends and family. Interaction with the property owners is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend visiting off-peak as our family does for a peaceful, restful, fun vacation.

Perfect LBI Vacation

Where to start? I can't say enough about this rental. The house itself is modern, very clean and well maintained. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic - nice for bike rides and walks and it's about 1/2 block from beach access. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you're going to need and the clothes washer and dryer come in handy when traveling with kids. (One tip: Bring spices, condiments and snacks from home and when grocery shopping, buy about half of what you think you need. You can always go back if you run out of something.) Most local attractions and shops are just a few minutes drive from the house. The owner(s) are very friendly and always available before and during your stay to help with any questions or concerns that you may have. I have stayed here multiple times and look forward to going back. If you're truly looking for a "home away from home", you won't be disappointed.

A nice place to stay

The house was clean and neat. Well maintained. The owner was there to answer any questions, and provided good customer service. The layout was great for my family. The only constructive criticism I would give is to provide more basic needs ie: toilet paper, garbage bags, maybe some spices for cooking purposes. I found my self having to go to the store more often than I would have liked to. (But we eat in a lot!) Otherwise, the home was very nice!

Wonderful stay

This house is well worth the money!!! Very clean and up to date. Within walking distance to beach access. Quiet street with lovely front porch. Had my morning coffee everyday on the porch!!! Local Attractions were only a 5 min. car ride away. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I might just book again this year and would recommend this location to all of my friends and family!!

We have been coming to Long Beach Island since the late ‘60s, and it has been over twenty years since Jerry and Estelle Fried first bought this duplex and started renting out the downstairs and living upstairs. So, there are lot of memories in this place. And we hope you and your family will add to them.

In the past few years, as I am my brothers have taken over management, the family has invested in many improvements. In recent years, we put in all new kitchens, bathrooms and carpeting, installed central air conditioning, and rebuilt and improved all the decks. We hope you’ll treat the place as your own, just as we do upstairs. And please recommend it to others.

Because it rocks! and in 2019 it will be also have been completely renovated with new EVERYTHING! Granite countertops, new kiitchen and baths, upgraded entertainment everywhere in the house and more!

Our home is less than 50 feet from the beach. You can be on the beach or bay side within a minute! The Holgate area is quiet, but close to all the shopping and fun of center Beach Haven. Walk to the end of the island in the morning and sea how spectacular it is!
