Du och din familj kommer absolut att älska detta bekvämt inredda BAY FRONT Beach Home med stort däck och fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången!

Den här fastigheten är en enhet på första våningen i en duplex med 3 sovrum och 1. 5 bad på varje våning. Det är en Bay Front-fastighet som bara är ett kort kvarter från Ocean Beach. Mycket enkel tillgång till Bay and Beach. För ditt nöje och bekvämlighet erbjuder vi 4 badmärken (barn under 12 år är gratis) och solstolar. En kajak är tillgänglig för våra gäster utan extra kostnad (delas av båda våningarna) med enkel tillgång till fjärden för lansering i vår trädgård. Vår stora och påfyllda strand har en livräddare på heltid under högsäsongen.

Fullt utrustat kök, plattskärms-40 'TV och en trevlig bekväm sektorsoffa får dig att känna dig som hemma. Två sovrum har queen size-säng med NYA HÖG KVALITET bekväma madrasser och det tredje sovrummet har en två-över-två våningssäng. Gas BBQ Grill. Portar på däck. Snälla, ingen rökning. Inga sängkläder / handdukar tillhandahålls. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns nere i garageområdet.

En deposition på hälften av hyresperioden krävs vid bokningstillfället, liksom ett tecknat avtal och restbeloppet på hyran förfaller en månad före incheckning. Lördag till lördag. Kolla in kl. 15, kolla in kl. 10.

En kort promenad till de många restaurangerna (Daddy O är bara några gator bort - det är en trevlig restaurang, känd för sina lyckliga tider :-)), glassbar och en lunchplats DOM's är mycket nära, spritaffär, mataffär och presentbutiker. Minigolf finns en kort bit bort. Fiskeutrustning, kajaker, surfbrädor, jetski finns att hyra i närheten.

KOM OCH NJUT lugna morgnar med härliga soluppgångar, eftermiddagar fyllda med roliga aktiviteter och sandiga fötter och på kvällen tycker du att du njuter av mjuk och varm kvällsbris och absolut underbara solnedgångar medan du vilar i loungestolen med ett glas av ditt favoritvin. Great spot with beautiful views on LBI

We had a fantastic stay in LBI! Our family of 4 had plenty of space and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us. The sunset views in the evening were absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved staying on the bay side of the island, with just a quick walk (<5 minutes) to the beach. The owners left very clear instructions for check in and check out and were easy to communicate with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

End of Summer Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely bayfront home. We especially liked that we were able to bring our dog with us. The house had everything we could want including a beautiful bayfront view watching the sun set while we sat on the deck. Bed was super comfortable. The door was a bit difficult to lock but if we had read the owners' instructions a little better we wouldn't have had to call them to show us how to lock it. Very short walk to the beach and would definitely recommend staying here

Great property with amazing Bay views

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in May prior to the peak summer season. Terrific property that was just renovated. The deck has great views of the Bay and is in a convenient location at Brant Beach. Booking through Viktoriya and Kevin was extremely easy and they were very prompt in responding to questions. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful Bay View

Check in was easy, the view of the bay magnificent! The unit itself was comfortable. They allow dogs and apparently renters before us must have a big shedder since we swept at least 3 times during the week and picked up dog hair EVERYTIME it was even in the door mat. The outdoor showers were great! We wished it wasn’t on the main street or in a neighborhood but the bay view made up for the lack of curb appeal. We would definitely stay there again.

Brant Beach By The Bay

Truly a nice property on the Bay. The deck was nice to have for Bay Sunsets however, some upgrades needed. Deck lock rusted. Front door very hard to lock. Not a bowl to be had for large servings. Bathroom towel bar was broken. On the bright side, Beds comfortable, great Cable and Streaming, great parking and not a far walk to the beach. The owners are lovely and they also provide beach badges which is a plus!!!

comfortable and clean

The house was very conveniently located. It was neat and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be that when I got there I had to buy a hair dryer. (I have never stayed anywhere where one was not furnished) I should have paid more attention. Also, no linens were furnished. To bring beach towels, bath towels, sheets for 3 different size beds is a little inconvenient. However, I used LBI Dreamakers, and they wound up saving me the headache. (at an extra fee of course) All in all, it was a very nice place, and the sunset over the bay was awesome. The landlord was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful family vacay on the bay

Everything was exactly as expected. Check in was simple. We loved being able to bring our dog. The living room was nice and cozy, the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed when sometimes rentals have very little. The location of the rental is great with bay access, and then also only about a block from the beach. Sunsets from the deck were even better than the pictures in the listing! We hope to stay again!

Beautiful Off-Season Getaway

The view was perfectly beautiful. We enjoyed all the different weather types we experienced while we were there. The house had everything we needed and then some. The thoughtfulness and care of the owners is clear with all the personal touches. We will happily be back when it gets warmer!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This rental was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and lovely with a gorgeous view of the bay. The owners were extremely nice and their responses to my several questions and schedule changes were immediate and amenable. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful sunsets

Great response time from owner and she answered all of my questions with patience. Beautiful sunsets and view of bay. Nice deck, helped to have the extra space for sitting outside. Nice access to bay, awesome to have a kayak included in the stay. Loved the outdoor shower. Washer and dryer were nicer than expected. A previous reviewer said the ceiling was low. However, the ceilings in the garage are high, it is just that the washer and dryer and built up for storm surge, obviously important. I needed to bend down to put clothes in washer but it was not a big deal. I was happy to be able to wash wet towels and bathing suits. The king bed in the 1st floor unit was very comfortable. Would have liked to see a glass mixing bowl, measuring cups and more cereal sized bowls in the kitchen. Air conditioner was great. Noise from the street was loud the first night, but we got used to it. The outdoor setting in the back of the house was worth it!

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment is a nice size, well laid out and very comfortable for our family. The house is has everything you need. I’m going to buy some of the games we enjoyed playing. The kayak was fun too.The porch is wonderful and perfect for sitting at all times of day. Really close to the ocean too.

Beautiful View

We had a lovely week in this first floor unit. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The spotless ocean beach is only a short walk away. The deck is AMAZING, very comfortable with beautiful views of the bay. The kitchen is very well stocked with any utensils/dishes you might need during your stay. The a/c works great. There were a couple of maintenance issues (holes in many of the screens, etc.) and I would very much recommend curtains that block more light. Also, if you are picky about blankets and pillows, bring your own. (The unit has decent pillows but they are older, and only a coverlet on each bed.) Thanks for a lovely visit!!

Amazing views and stay

This getaway was wonderful. It looks exactly like its pictures. the view from the back deck is amazing , spent most of our time there. It was clean and had everything you need to just have a great time and relax Thanks for everything Kevin and Viktoriya!

Great little spot!

Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located on the island. Bedrooms are good sized, walk to beach was a breeze, plenty of parking and the deck provides great privacy on the back of the house overlooking the bay. Pet friendly was important to us and it was very convenient that the deck has a gate at the top of the stairs that locks. Loved it, just wish the weather had cooperated!

I grew up coming to LBI to my grandparents' home in Brant Beach since I was born. And that experience I treasure and would not exchange to anything else. I met my lovely wife here and now I want my kids to have the same experience as I did and love LBI as much as I do.

Our Home has a very easy access to the bay and beach and we enjoy surfing, kayaking, soaking up the sun and our little children absolutely LOVE our Bay Beach.
