Beautiful four-bedroom home located in the South University neighborhood, just a 3 block walk to campus and Hayward Field. 2 walking blocks to 19th, and dining options like Agate Alley Bistro, Hey Neighbor Pizza, and Prince Pucklers Ice Cream. Peaceful with a spacious front yard and patio dining. Features two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. Sleeps seven comfortably, with five beds (two queens, one full, and two twins). Includes a well-stocked kitchen and full laundry amenities.

Cozy house in excellent location

Beautiful, clean house in quoet neighborhood with easy walk to campus, restaurants, corner grocery store etc. We had Thankagiving here and kitchen is well stocked to serve dinner. Fantastic stay!

Great for our 3-gen family

Our extended family, ages 2-75, stayed here for a month and totally enjoyed the experience. The house is well laid out, giving us privacy and togetherness as we wished. The beds are comfortable, the shower invigorating and the neighborhood quiet, safe and convenient to great restaurants.

Thanksgiving visit

We so enjoyed the comfortable, clean, warm and well-stocked home. It was extremely convenient to some great places to eat, and we especially loved Prince Puckler’s and Sweet Life. The owners had even left out cocoa and marshmallows!

Quiet retreat

We loved having a coffee in the morning, putting on a record, and listening to the birdsong. The location was convenient to everything but incredibly quiet. The place was tidy, well-appointed, and felt welcoming. It was a pleasant home base for my family as we visited family in the area.

Home away from home

Great place, great location... Perfect spot for me and my family

My two boys and myself greatly enjoyed our stay at the U of O Cottage. The house has a great combination of cleanliness, functionality and character... And the location can't be beat. We will absolutely look to stay here again when we get back down to Eugene.

Weekend @ Hayward

Well appointed and furnished, excellent location: close to Hayward and 19th street food and beverage. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and thoughtful. We’ll be back.

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay at the Emerald Cottage. Super cute decor, clean, great amenities, and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything to make a beautiful brunch. They’ve thought of everything! We hope to return.
