Hemmet har tvÄ vardagsrum, var och en har en platt-TV med kabel, soffor och plyschstolar för komfort. Ett stenbÀnkskök som har; tvÄ kylskÄp, en glasspis, direkt varmvatten, en diskmaskin och Keurig med 10 gratis kaffekoppar och en ugn. TrÀdgÄrden har ett stort privat dÀck och en rymlig uteplats med eldstad och grill för matlagning och solstol; liksom en badtunna! WiFi Àr tillgÀngligt i hela huset. I bottenvÄningen ingÄr en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare och har gratis tvÀttmaskinskidor. Matsalbordet har plats för 10! Privat parkering med 2 bilar finns utan extra kostnad. Great Location and house!

We had a large group of family and friends stay here for the high school state meet. It is conveniently located close to Hayward Field and in the heart of Eugene. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are couches and space for more sleeping arrangements. Thanks for the great stay!

I'd highly recommend this house - everything was as described and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was very well stocked and we really appreciated all of the special touches including the towels for each guest folded on the beds and the water bottles in the rooms. Location and Comfort

This home feels like home! We had family come in from out of state and we all met up in Eugene! From spending time out front throwing the football around to nights by the fire, it was perfect! Maxwell was readily available and quick to respond to all questions.

Great location

We have stayed this property for the last two years with our club volleyball team on tournament weekends. Its a perfect space to prepare meals and can sleep the whole team comfortably. The owner of the property is very prompt with any questions we had about check in. Thank you for another great stay!

Max is an outstanding host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and was extremely clean. In addition, the kitchen is very well stocked. If you are visiting in the hot weather, please know that the basement gets very cold when the air conditioner is on.

Wonderful Stay with Family

This house was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We shopped in Eugene and then enjoyed the home. There was more than enough space for all 8 of us. The house is so charming and the host is extremely responsive, we had a lovely stay.

Charming and great location

The house was charming and close to Hayward field. Comfortable beds, plenty of space to spread out, and relaxing back yard. It was great for a large family.

Great location

We had 10 family members staying in this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation! There was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed the back deck! The neighborhood is beautiful and we were able to walk to campus and local restaurants!

Great location and a ton of space for a large group

Our group (prospective U of O students and parents) had a very positive experience staying in this house. Easy walk to campus, several restaurants, and a coffee shop. Other locations were a short drive away.

Base Camp for tired athletes

It was clean and had a great kitchen that had amazing pots and pans and plenty of dishware! We loved the hot tub and the additional spaces for our group to relax.

Great stay for a group!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and an excellent location to Hayward. The kitchen and dining space is comfortable for a group for cooking and eating in. The hot tub was out of commission when we were there, but we were given notice of this issues and appropriately refunded.

Wonderful house

The house was very charming, nicely furnished and in a great neighborhood. The brand new hot tub was a bonus. We had moms and daughters staying together and it worked perfectly. Maxwell was very attentive and a wonderful host.

I don't want this to be your average stay at a hotel! I want you to get more out of this stay than any other vacation stay you’ve been to prior! My name is Max Hernandez, I am a recent graduate of the University of Oregon and I graduated with an economics degree and am pursuing a career in real estate!! I thought that transforming my home into a vacation rental would give me the ability to show people how great the Eugene area is! I spent 4 years in Eugene and 3 of them in this house! A couple years ago I decided to get a puppy named Buck to join me on my college adventure, our dedication to making this house great has been a long, yet rewarding process! I hope you have amazing memories here and look forward to hearing about them!

This house is perfect for someone who wants a little bit of everything. Eugene is surrounded by delicious food! We are surrounded by an active and respectful neighborhood who are extremely tight knit. Walk to the university of Oregon 2 blocks away, or go to a concert at Mathew Knight arena! You can also hike Eugenes several mountains or enjoy the wildlife that surrounds you!

Hayward field, the new olympic trials stadium is a 5 minute walk, multiple restaurants are placed at walking distance from the home. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet enables you to immerse yourself in the excitement that Eugene can offer!
