This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental home is the perfect destination for a family vacation, work trip, and everything in between! From the beautifully manicured front palm trees to the meticulously designed interior to our private pool with views of the surrounding Santa Rosa mountains, this property has everything you need to make your next stay as enjoyable and peaceful as possible. Master bedroom is a king bed with en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower and double vanity sink along with access to the relaxing pool area with newer Cantina sliding doors creating a dramatically expanded interior filled with natural light and open air. The master also features a 55” SmartTV with Roku TV programing (guests can use their own logins for apps like Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube, etc.). Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bathroom #2 has a shower/tub combo and single sink. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Brand new mattresses in all bedrooms as of early 2023.

Open kitchen with shaker cabinets, quartz counter-tops, two pantries, stainless steel appliances, and access to the refreshing pool and private backyard. Kitchen features a gas stove and oven, fridge with built-in ice maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, and toaster. For coffee lovers there are both a Keurig and drip coffee makers with starter pods for guests. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Living room has a a 60” SmartTV with Apple TV programing (guests can use their own logins for apps like Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube, etc.). Fireplace is decorative only with electric candles. New dining room table and bench and new sling chairs in living room. There is a new Webber propane BBQs for grilling and new outdoor furnishing. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use along with a two-car garage use including a garage remote control.

Large 25ft long chlorine pool with solar heating. Back yard is walled with a modern corrugated metal privacy fence and the front features a block wall with a security gate at front courtyard for extra privacy. There is a cool down mister system over the pergola.

This home is 1.5 blocks from the scenic Bear Creek Trail and other amazing walks amidst the magical mountains in the National Reserve. Old Town La Quinta is quaint and full of great places to eat, enjoy the farmers market, or rent a Pedago electric bike for the day. The tennis/pickleball courts and community park is just across the way. 'Top of the Cove' is also centrally located to reach:

Other things to note:

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and we air the home out at least 24hrs between guests. Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their driver’s license and fill out a Vacation Rental Agreement before check-in. Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.

- One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable fee. Please do not allow your dog on any bedding or furniture and ensure to pickup after them. Thanks for your consideration on this.
