This one-bedroom unit is a very well-maintained, privately owned condo that has been updated for our guests. The condo offers 580 sq. ft. living space. The unit features sleeping for 4, full kitchen, extra-large bathroom with additional vanity area, and living room with a private balcony. Additionally, our guests will enjoy cable TV, complimentary resort wifi, and large screen TVs.
Upon entering the condo, guests will enter the bedroom. The bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, dresser, chest of drawers, desk, large 41” TV, and closet for storage. The bedroom also has its own AC unit with an adjustable thermostat. As you proceed through the condo, you pass through the full kitchen which is situated between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen offers full size stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, solid surface countertops, small appliances, and dinnerware. The bathroom is behind the kitchen area. Entering the front of the condo is the living room. You will relax with breath-taking panoramic views of the Atlantic. The living room is the most relaxing room of the condo on the sofa and private balcony. The living room also features its own AC unit with adjustable thermostat, a dining room table with four chairs, full size murphy bed, tv stand for storage, and a large 50” TV.
Guests will enjoy a family friendly atmosphere with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river at the Landmark Resort. The unit is splendid and suitable for couples, families, snow birds, summer vacationers, or a quick weekend away at the ocean. The resort offers parking for two vehicles in a covered garage with a skywalk to the resort. Both resort and garage have elevators. The resort is located approx. 2 miles from the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk, sky wheel, fishing pier, and much more. Broadway on the Beach amusement and shopping area is a short drive.
