Good place to stay. Lots of room on the deck instead of a little balcony. Umbrella and chairs with boogie boards, shovels, and rakes for the kids were on the deck as well. Lots of extras that other families don’t have to worry about bringing or buying once they are there.

The view is a 20 out of 10! It only has a keurig which was quite dirty. Had a cockroach one day. The air conditioner or something from the roof leaks onto the patio from above. Should have a binder that gives Vrbo details, area restaurants etc. our daughter stayed on ground floor and here’s was set up like a true VRBO.

Good location, value for money

Everything as expected. Only the AC was quite loud. The terraces are all adjacent with very little privacy.

I love the location of the property. The room could use touch ups inside and out on the balcony. The mildew smell was overwhelming, had to open balcony door and burn candles. The water from the roof top drips onto, this particular balcony. Other than that we made the best of the weekend.

Disappointed

Major in room issues leaking ac, burnt out lights, missing tv remote, safety concerns with ice coolers being dumped on to balcony from above multiple times anf firework being shot off and blowing back towards the balcony. Zero response back from listed owner contact though we tried 3 separate days. Parking garage is very tight and dim. Would not stay here again.

Our room was clean, had everything we needed and had the best view. The balcony was the perfect size and had a table and nice seating to enjoy the ocean view!

Not clean

First of all, I want to say the studio was fine. The problem I had was that it just wasn’t clean and the deck furniture was worn. The rug in the condo was dirty. I don’t think it’s ever been vacuumed the way it looked and felt. The tiled floor needed a good mopping. The bathroom was good and the kitchen was good, except for the tiled floors. Also, it supposedly provides the linens. There weren’t enough washcloths or towels. I didn’t plan on doing laundry for the 5 days we were there. Not sure we would rent that studio again.

great vacation

Good location, clean. Huge balcony facing east. perfect to wake up with the sounds of ocean. The only issue I would report is trash and dirty water drops coming from the floors above on the extended balcony.

Beautiful Room & Location!

This room was perfect for our family of three! The resort was in a great location and had many family friendly amenities. The balcony was the piece de resistance. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Myrtle Beach week

This property was dirty and the Huge balcony was littered with cigarette butts, q-tips and hair ties. Water constantly dripped on balcony. Rugs on balcony soaked and smelled like must, sending this smell into property when door open for ocean breeze/sounds. 4 towels, 4 wash clothes (the 2 white wash clothes for showering once wet a dark imprint of a hand appeared, like it was used to clean gross things) and 1 hand towel. NO BATH MATT. Had to use one of the bath towels for a bath matt. Had to go to store to buy something to clean floors that needed cleaning. Not walking on them barefoot.

Very Nice

Very nice location and just what I needed for that weekend 😁. The host was responsive and patient, the only thing that wasn't clear was which building it was located in and that the parking level easy access was not accessible during our stay. But those were two very minor things. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view

Older establishment but in good order, WiFi works well. Bed is large but the mattress and pillows need upgrade. Pans need to be replaced and kitchen towels need to be available as paper towels are not a good substitute. Overall a good price to value and would recommend but be wary of cleaning before use.
