Paddle board, kayaking, tubing and breath taking views to take unforgettable family photos. You can easily take the lake access around to the Gulf of Mexico to see the sugar white beaches and world-famous emerald green waters!
You can have fun with the whole family and the fur babies at this spacious property, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, this home features a beautiful wrap around porch private balcony off the master bedroom and another on the back looking directly out at Draper Lake. The kitchen is spacious area with a generous island breakfast bar, updated countertops, kitchen appliances and new faucets fully equipped with everything you will need to host the family or friends during your beach get away! This beautiful beach house is just steps from the lakeside dock, community pool and beach access. The access to Draper Lake is two houses down about 25ft. away. The beach access is just 50ft. away passed the pool!

The main house features a queen bedroom with bathroom located on the first floor, as we move upstairs you will find the master suite with king bed and master bath, let your worries melt away in the whirlpool tub and walk in shower, you also have his and hers double vanity. Across the hall is a 2nd guest room with two queen size beds, TV and lounge area with an adjoining bathroom. Moving to the third floor you will find a loft with a queen bedroom and unforgettable views!

Last but most certainly not least, you have the Carriage house with a balcony looking out over Draper Lake, inside you will find a full kitchen fully equipped with all that you will need, living area, full bathroom, and a King bed. You will have access to a propane grill from both properties and plenty of parking for your group, this driveway comfortably parks 5 vehicles. Your dream is just steps away!
