DETAILS: Wine’d Down is a beautiful home with lovely views! Located in the popular Seagrove Beach community, this 3-story property sleeps up to 18 guests with 7 bedrooms. The spacious floor plan includes a great room, an efficiency suite with a private entrance, and 2 wraparound decks. And just 12 steps from the boardwalk to the beach, you'll have plenty of fun in the sun!

As you enter the first floor, you'll appreciate the additional space you get from this efficiency suite. Replete with a small couch, TV, 4-seat table, and kitchenette with fridge and microwave—kids and teenagers will love co-opting this extra living area.
