Relax with the family at this beautiful place on Lewis Smith Lake. The house is located in a cove on the main channel. The dock is located down a medium slope, with a wooden boardwalk providing gradual access to the water. The public boat launch at Houston Recreation Area is only 5 miles away by car and a short boat ride away. Cleats are available on the dock for your boat, slip is occupied.

Smith Lake water levels fluctuate seasonally, this property has plenty of water during March-August, however, water depth during September-February is significantly lower and there is approximately only 4 feet of water under the dock during those months. Come relax and enjoy the clean and beautiful water that Lewis Smith Lake has to offer and build memories that will last a lifetime! Renter’s agreement required to be signed. Once reservation is confirmed, a Renter’s agreement will be sent to your email that you provide and must be signed within 48 hours of receiving.
