Getting the unit ready for June reservations, These pics are with staged furniture. I will have all brand new furniture you will be one of the first guests to stay! Has full washer/dryer combo. Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave. Treat this as a 1BR hotel suite.

We live above in the townhome separate from the unit. Unit is completely locked off with it's own entrance. We are quiet and respectful.

Great place and great host!

Stephen's place was great and would definitely stay there again on my next Denver trip! Clean and accurate place and the best part was my flight landed very early the morning of check in (typically 4pm), and he was very accommodating about getting me, and my luggage, in a lot sooner than expected. Thanks Stephen you're the best!

Just like home away from home

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean, well maintained condo. The host was very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. This unit was very comfortable and fresh with special extra touches like quiet hours, ample street parking, heaters, cozy blankets and soft bed linens!

Great location and comfortable

This location is a great location to getvin and out of Denver. So much to do within a 15min drive. The place is immaculate, peaceful, and comfortable. The host was great at communicating.

Red rocks concert trio

This was a perfect spot for us. We came to go to a concert at red rocks and check out some fun sites in the city. It was a clean and comfortable place to crash . The host was available as needed and very accommodating. Would stay here again!

Cozy and clean

This place is super cute and considering the size of Denver, it was pretty close to most of the things we wanted to see. The property manager was fantastic and kept us in the loop on anything we needed to know. The rental itself, was cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed

Great spot. 3 minutes or so outside of Denver. Perfect if you don't want to be in the heart of the city. Loved it and would return in the future
