If you are looking for luxury and are familiar with the best of everything, our designer home is where you want to stay. Located on the most developed block of the Zona Romantica, in Urban II Condominiums, you will be close to delicious restaurants with diverse menus and pricing, only blocks from a wide array of shopping and beach clubs, as well as one street over from the best night life in town.
The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full kitchen, dining, living and large patio areas is convenient, comfortable and aesthetically a 10 out of 10. Each living space has it's own separate a/c with no restrictions on use.

Primary bedroom has a king bed, with a mattress & pillows that most guests want to take home. The full bath has 2 sinks with a lot of storage. In addition, there is a full wall of closet and shoe space, all enclosed.

Guest bedroom has a queen bed, with the same mattress setup along with a writing desk and closet for hanging/shoes.

The full size kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and wine cooler. From a full size pro mixer to a crockpot to high quality cookie sheets, pots & pans, blender, etc you can cook to your hearts delight. Although we highly recommend enjoying all the amazing chefs in town.

There is also a stacked washer/dryer located in the kitchen area for convenience.

Full size Italian contemporary dining table with 6 leather arm chairs, a comfortable sofa and to die for lounge chair make for a stunning living area.

Outside, on the patio, you'll find 2 2-person loungers and an intimate round dining table for 2 where you can enjoy a morning coffee, pastry or evening glass of wine while looking up into the Vallarta hillside.
Other things to note
We want you to be comfortable and for that reason in addition to all the listed amenities, there are no restrictions on A/C use. In fact, we prefer they be on the dehumidifier mode (it's a little raindrop icon on the mode) 24/7 which typically keeps the temperature at a very nice level all day & night.

Even though Puerto Vallarta does filter the city water, we know some guests may be hesitant, so we've also installed a water filter & spout at the kitchen sink.

Another nice to have sometimes, is a white noise machine, which we've included in each bedroom just in case being in the heart of the city clamor gets a little too much for the perfect night's sleep.
