Fantastic property

Everything was wonderful during our stay. I was a little concerned about the ski in m/ski out part but it was great. Ski out right out the front door down a fun trail to the groomed runs. Ski in was right back to the front door but there is a small 200 step walk down a street before another 30 yard ski trail. Three kids skiing (8-17) and nobody had an issue. I’d stay here again no question.

Well equipped rental at a fun location!

We had a lovely stay! The rental was very comfortable, clean, well equipped with plenty of everything we needed! There were puzzles for the kids, they loved the bunk room, and took advantage of afternoon sledding on the "ski" path once the day was done. The owners were very quick to communicate and answer questions, which we appreciated. A few tips: the ski out was great! The ski-in does involve about a 2-block walk along the road. Also, the heated pool is closed in the winter. We visited the communcal hot tub, but it was not well maintained and therefore, not inviting after a long day of skiing. Finally, to access the Silver Lake restaurant area, you have about an 8-10 minute walk. There is limited/no parking in silver lake, so you pretty much have to walk. We also really appreciated the covered parking- especially because we got quite a bit of snow!

Really nice condo in deer valley

Everything was great. Only complaint is the condo complex didn’t have an exercise facility. Good location to and from ski lifts. Nicely appointed.

Great for what we needed, with slight inconveniences

The place was nice. Everything was clean. I wish it was a little more clear that there was no AC, but I'll do better of looking for that detail next time. Unlucky that the tennis courts were repainted right before we got there so we couldn't use them. The cleaners were there 30 minutes before we needed to leave, which was a little inconvenient, but the cleaners were nice and worked around us without preventing us from doing what we needed. It was a nice place to stay. I'd stay again, but probably not in the middle of summer.

A Stress-Free Weekend

The scenic drive leading up to the property was captivating. The property was surrounded by beautiful homes, trees and hills. Downtown Deer Valley less than 10 mins away. The check-in process was short and easy. The home was as pictured, immaculate and well maintained. The tri-level home featured 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor and two full baths. The towels were high quality, and the bedding was comfortable. The kitchen included an open floor plan with dining and a living room. There was a loft on the third level where the kids hung out and had a great time. This is definitely an entertainment home for a large or small group. The host thought of everything. The amenities were abundant. The host was very considerate and offered us a late check out due to our late check-in due to airport delays on Friday 07-19-24. We would not hesitate to book this home again and for a longer period of time. The minute we checked into this home it was truly a stress-free weekend. Lorraine J from California

Ski out/ walk in

We have stayed in these condos before and this one has been the best. Clean and everything we needed. It is ski out but you have to take a 5 minute walk to get back. If you are there to ski make sure you ask for the directions to get back. Great place! Would stay again.

Great Silver Lake condo!

We spent spring break at this condo and it was fabulous! Plenty of room for my family of four, we were even thinking we could’ve had more people stay with us! All bedrooms were well equipped with lots of pillows, blankets and clean! Kitchen and laundry left nothing missing, even detergent. The only minor item I would suggest is a couple humidifiers. Being from FL we aren’t used to that dry air! But we easily purchased one and no big deal. A great condo with caring owners.

Great ski condo

To be clear, most places that say ski in/out are not. This is ski out, but you have to walk about a block from the slope to get back, so it is not quite ski in. The condo is great and the owners were great communicators. The heat went out the last 36hrs of our stay and they promptly gave us a 1/2 night refund. Parking garage was a plus to keep snow off the car. Would definitely stay there again.
