Powder Run Condo - 100 meters to Deer Valley ski lodge - Remodeled in 2020

Powder Run unit C-13 finished a complete remodel and renovation in November 2020. We love our location in lower Deer Valley and the proximity to Deer Valley Ski Resort. The interior has been remodeled to accommodate modern lifestyles with newly drawn architectural plans to increase the living spaces. The completely remodeled home features new flooring, cabinetry, appliances, counter tops, beds, linens, kitchen ware, extra large sectional sofa, large dining tables & chairs, etc. Let’s not forget the luxury of heated floors in the bathrooms.

This 2 bedroom and 2 œ bath condo is a perfect home for family and friends. The Master Suite features a king size bed and a large bathroom with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower and private water closet. The Guest Suite features a king size bed and a twin-size bunk bed. The bathroom provides ample room with separate vanities and a beautiful tub/shower. This home is a perfect size for six persons. The open patio, overlooking the ski slopes, features a private Jacuzzi tub for you to enjoy or relax inside by the real wood burning fireplace to keep you warm. Large TVs are in each bedroom and an oversized one in the living room. Wi-Fi is included so everyone can stay connected to the world.

The kitchen is completely outfitted for a beginner or if you consider yourself a chef to prepare breakfast or any meal. While preparing food or beverages, you can enjoy overlooking the dining area and open living room. All with spectacular views out the oversized window wall looking at the slopes of Deer Valley. We have installed a full size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

Located only 100 meters (about a two minute walk) from Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Ski Resort, you will be able walk to the slopes to begin your day of skiing or hiking and biking in the warm months. This home is a great location for families who have different schedules and needs for mountain fun. You will not need a car, as the free Park City bus system stops right outside the unit and will take you to Park City, Old Town Park City, Kimball Junction and throughout the area.

Our condo has secured, underground parking for your vehicle and a private secure ski locker for all your ski gear. Deer Valley Resort offers complimentary overnight ski storage as well. Deer Valley is known for its professionally groomed slopes and an unmatched 2,000 acres of wide-open terrain and runs full of Utah's signature powder. Powder Run Condo

Check in was easy. Wi-Fi great. Easy access to bus. Short walk to downtown Park City. Short walk to ski lift. This home was very clean. They had all the accessories that you would need. Well stocked. Owners are easy to access. Everything was great and as advertised.

Amazing Stay at Powder Run

The condo was perfect for my family's end of the ski season trip to Deer Valley. The location is so convenient to the slopes as well as Main Steet Park City. The unit was very pretty, super clean, and had everything that you would need. Definitely a 10/10, I would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot for Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts communication was great throughout and it's clear they really take pride in their property. With three young kids we stay at a lot of vacation rentals over hotels. Some are clearly rentals only with poor quality furniture and furnishings. Some are more like personal homes with too much wear and tear and too many personal belongings. I thought this one struck the perfect balance of having enough but not so much you felt out of place. This condo is easily accessible from the garage. The grocery carts in the garage were a nice touch for a glorified pack mule father that carries 95% of everything. The hot tub was quality, kept at a proper temperature, and the water was conditioned properly. Having access to ample firewood and trust to use the wood burning fireplace was something we really appreciated. The walk to the lodge was less than 5 minutes and since you can store all your stuff there it made it really easy for our in-between days. Highly recommend.

Fantastic

Our family of 5 stayed in this lovely condo for our first trip to Deer Valley. We had a fantastic time! Steve and Cami have equipped this condo with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect for us to walk over to ski school at the base of the mountain or grab a drink at the St. Regis. We enjoyed the hot tub, the grill and the heated floors! The complex was so quiet and the beds comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back next year.

Excellent Property!

We had an awesome week at this condo! The apartment was perfectly located - just a 5 minute walk to the Carpenter lift and ski school meeting area. And, close to downtown Park City. It was well laid out, making it perfect for our family of 4 with the kids room set apart from the main living area, so we didnt have to worry about waking them. The apartment is well appointed with all the comforts of home. Appliances were all in excellent condition - clean and appeared to be new. Steve was extremely responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Nothing better at Deer Valley!

Our family had an incredible stay at this Deer Valley Vrbo! Everything was perfectly set up for a stress-free ski weekend with kids. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Snow Park Lodge, making it easy for one parent to hit the slopes while the other enjoys time with the kids before meeting up for lunch at the lodge. The condo itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything a family or person could need, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces. We especially appreciated the underground parking and dedicated ski locker, which made storing our gear effortless. Communication with the host was seamless, and every detail was carefully considered to ensure a top-notch experience. We can’t wait to return! Thank you, Steve and Cami!

Excellent Ski Vacation

This condo was an excellent rental for our family ski vacation. The unit is close to the lifts at the Snow Park base at Deer Valley. The free shuttle bus into old town Park City is just as easily accessible. The unit is in excellent condition and we would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Deer Valley.

Perfect Deer Valley location and wonderful condo!

This this the second time our family has stayed in the Powder Run unit. Honestly I can't think of a better spot for a family with 1-3 young/pre-teen children to stay. The unit is actually closer to the main DV Snow Park Lodge where ski school and lessons originate than most of the parking spots in the primary Deer Valley parking lot. The unit also has great private parking with easy in/out and looks brand new - updated to 2020's standards with outstanding kitchen/appliances, numerous smart TV's, etc. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Powder Run. The owner, Steve, could not have been more friendly, open and helpful. Even came over to show us how to open the ski closet (we were trying one in the parking area, Oops) The location is excellent for anything to do in Deer Valley/Park City. Just steps to the lift and ski storeage. Great parking. Easy access. The condo is newly remodeled and very pleasant. 5 star.

Amazing and Modern Condo Near Snow Park Lodge

I've stayed in Deer Valley for years with my family and this is by far my favorite place. Great location - across the street from Snow Park Lodge - easy access to the St Regis for dinner, and not too far to the stores and restaurants in Park City. The unit is recently renovated and extremely comfortable. The owner is easy to work with and very responsive. I can't want to head back!

Perfection!!

We loved every minute in this beautiful condo! Perfectly upgraded with soft wood tones and complementary interior furnishings that made for a luxurious but very comfortable stay. Thoughtfully designed in every way with all the amenities one could wish for...wood burning fireplace, gorgeous view of Deer Valley mountain, private hot tub on the deck (towels conveniently provided), a very well stocked kitchen with state of the art appliances, spacious bedrooms with en suite double sink bathrooms (with heated floors!) plus a guest powder room, and a spacious ski locker down the hall. Our host, Steve, was available for any and all questions and gave us some wonderful recommendations. As an added bonus it is truly a short walk to the Snow Park Lodge where you can buy your lift tickets and rent equipment. We are already planning our return for next year!

We have stayed in a number of other lovely condos at Deer Valley but this place was by far the best. Extremely well-appointed with a kitchen that has every imaginable amenity. The owners even made themselves available to help us 'old' people understand how to use the TV. We will be back!

We travel and we enjoy clean, well equipped homes with new furniture and beds. Our standards are high and we bring this same integrity to our rental properties in the panhandle of Florida (VRBO - 682646) and in Deer Valley/Park City, Utah.

Location, location, location. There is no place closer to Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge than Powder Run condominiums. We found this opportunity and seized upon it. The previous owners had not upgraded the condo for many years.
