Updated NMB Condo less than 1.5 miles to the beach
10% off per night for military, first responders, police & fire (with proof)
Located on the second floor of building 16 (sorry no elevator), you have a king bed in each room and a queen sofa with a gel mattress. Each bedroom and living room have brand new TV's.
The condo has a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Just bring the food and spices.
I also supply games, a highchair and a pack and play if needed. (just bring sheets)
All soaps, bath towels, detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started.
One mile to the beach but located on the intercoastal waterway with a private community dock with grills.
Community has 2 pools and a hot tub and just steps away from the front door.
The condominium is close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping in North Myrtle. Located right off of 17, the amazing condominium is just a 10 minute drive to Barefoot Landing for even more shopping, restaurants, breweries, and fireworks!
Don’t forget the expansive list of golf courses that are located within just a few short miles of the condo!
There is a ring doorbell outside front door. Owners are local for any issues.
No beach towels or beach chairs provided.
2 Parking Spaces and there is parking passes that must be visible. There will also be pool passes for the amount of guests that check in.
There will be a $50 per parking pass and $50 per pool pass that is lost/misplaced
NO SMOKING AT ALL!!
NO MOTORCYCLES/TRAILERS
