Our unit was clean, parking felt safe and was always available, very reasonable walking distance to the beach and grocery store. My family of 5 would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect! My husband was on a golf trip, so the kids and I tagged along. We wanted to be close to the beach. Just steps from public access! Perfect. The pool was a great way to end each day. The rooms were nice, mattresses very great, and even the sofa bed was comfy! The neighbors were all so friendly. We will definitely try to stay here again next year
 if my husband invites us back!

Fun Vacation

Perfect for three adults and two year old. Love the location in Cherry Grove, North MB. Everything we needed was in the general vicinity; groceries, restaurants and of course, private pool and beach within a short walk. Beautiful weather all week. Great vacation getaway.

Awesome stay

Mermaid Dreams is such a beautiful home at the coast. Everything is top notch- from a fully stocked kitchen to very comfortable mattresses and sufficient towel/linens. You have ocean views from the windows and balcony. It was the perfect space for our family and we look forward to booking here again!

Great short getaway

It was not true ocean View. I could see 1" of ocean from Kitchen or balcony. To say it was ocean view was a real stretch. The check in was horrendous. It took me 30 plus minutes and 2 phone calls to get in. Very cumbersome and instructions mentioned nothing about code must be enter all at once. It was on text 501 525 0989..as if a pause in entry. And no mention of turning dead bold lock to left to unlock after number is entered. And nothing about what to do when you leave. Otherwise we loved it once we recovered from entry in the dark ( The outside light did not come on till well after dark.)

Great Stay in North Myrtle Beach

This home is conveniently located and well maintained and supplied! It is just a short walk to the beach (across the street and you are there!) and there were 4 lawn chairs provided which is a nice touch since you have to rent chairs on the beach otherwise. The pool was great and you are far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but definitely close enough for a quick drive to any activity and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this location for your getaway!

Beautiful

The unit is clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It was nice to have the linens and towels provided. You can't beat the location in Cherry Grove! We would definitely come back! If you are a coffee drinker, you may want to bring a full size coffee maker rather than use the Keurig.

I absolutely loved my time here at Marsh Villas! Upon entering the condo, the open and airy space is very welcoming with ample sunlight throughout the rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the space is perfect for a small family. The third floor is no inconvenience as the elevator was always easily accesible. The community pool is on the smaller side, so could be crowded during peak summer months; we stayed at the end of August and were by ourselves at the pool 3 out of 4 days-with only 4 others occupying it on one of them. We all slept and moved around comfortably. The only thing I would add or change is that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms; I had my sister bring a box fan when she came to visit, as it felt very cool during the day but slightly warmer at night. The amenities and welcome box were perfect-within 5 minutes our toes were in the sand! Instead of browsing other options, we will be booking here again in the future! Overall, we only had one issue with figuring out the touchless faucet in the kitchen, but received prompt replies after reaching out. Thank you again for the hospitality, and we will be back next year!
