Om boendet

Tucked in amongst aspen groves and pines, just inside the magnificent Rocky Mountains at 8200', our guest suite is ready for your stay. From a simple weekend getaway to setting up a home base for an extended stay in the foothills, our space has everything you might need. Our desire is that you can come to the mountains and enjoy a peaceful retreat and have easy access to all that Colorado has to offer. The guest suite is set up to ideally accommodate couples traveling together or small families.

The space
Our space is a private studio-style guest house with a living area (pullout sleeper sofa and electric fireplace), fully stocked kitchenette and table, a plush king size bed and a beautiful, fully stocked bathroom come together to create fantastic getaway retreat

A large, and private deck provides a fantastic space to be outside in Colorado nature and sunshine.

Our family does have chickens on our property. Though we do not have any roosters (no sunrise wake-up calls here!), if you’d like fresh eggs for breakfast let us know!
Guest access

Guests will access the space through their own entrance via a private deck. A keypad code will be sent to guests the day of their arrival.

Christmas in Conifer!

We had the most lovely stay here over the holidays! We love to be close to our family but have our own space as it is a full house (15 people) and this cozy studio provided a comfy place to relax, sleep and have some coffee in between family gatherings. We loved this space and will definitely be back! Beautiful views and very quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful Property & Hosts

Such a beautiful vrbo in Conifer, Colorado ! I had a wonderful experience staying here. The accommodations were so clean, the most comfortable bed and linens I have ever had at a vrbo. The hosts were awesome. Such wonderful people ! And a bonus of fresh eggs from their chickens. Will definitely stay here again !

Blackbear trail

This property is charming and comfortable with more amenities than a hotel room (microwave, frig, dishes, sitting room, dining table...) It is nestled in the woods and has great views. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a rare find in Conifer, where the choices to stay are very limited without driving the half hour into Denver. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect mountain getaway!

Clean, cozy room in the mountains. Beautiful views outside the windows of aspen trees all around. Hosts are communicative and clear. Has everything you could need!

Lovely studio placed in a gorgeous setting

We really enjoyed this comfortable studio for a home base while we dealt with details surrounding a real estate purchase in the region. We gave ourselves enough time to take a hike each day, and found excellent opportunities in a 15 minute radius for hikes each day.We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and found a great coffee shop not too far away. (Storm Glass Coffee).The hosts were helpful with confusion on our own part about our dates of stay and did their best to accommodate us.

Perfect for 2 in Conifer

Excellent experience. Very Clean, quiet and comfortable property with many little extras which made our stay great. Appreciated the fresh eggs and delicious coffee. Beautiful Mountain view! Gracious host even cleared the snow off steps and deck one morning after a nighttime snowfall. Highly recommend.
