The Space:
COMMON LIVING SPACE:
As you enter our home, you'll find our stylishly appointed living room with a smart TV, plenty of seating and a newly renovated gas fireplace.

The connected dining area seats 10 on a gorgeous large wood table and designer's chairs. Our space includes a high chair to accomodate your little one at the table.

The dining room opens to a large kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay including full sized appliances, a Ninja coffee bar, plenty of dishware, cooking utensils, glassware, stemware, children's dishware, a microwave and toaster oven.


Our outdoor spaces are designed to provide a peaceful retreat, with a lounge area, hot tub for seven people, outdoor fridge, grill and bar with seating for 6, relaxing hanging egg chairs and a large dining area for family gatherings. The backyard also features a cozy fire pit, perfect for fire side relaxation and enjoying the warmth of the fire on chilly evenings.

To respect our neighbors' peace and quiet, please observe the following rules: strict quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, no smoking on the property, and no loud music or excessive noise at any time. We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting loud events or parties during their stay.

BEDROOMS:
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with an overhead fan and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to the serene backyard patio with a lounge area and hot tub.

The upstairs features three more bedrooms, perfect for hosting large families and groups. Two upstairs bedrooms both feature queen sized beds, designer rugs and comfortable linens, ceiling fans and closets.

The forth bedroom has a twin bed and is wonderfully decorated with fun and cute artwork with plenty of natural light, perfect for children.

Three upstairs bedroom share a modern bathroom that features a tub and glass shower door and easy access from the hallway. All bathrooms include fresh body, hand and face towels, black make up remover towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

Additionally, our living foor has a comfortable pull out queen sized bed and double sized futon to accomodate groups and family gatherings.

Our home is perfect for those who appreciate interior design and comfortability while also wanting to be centrally located to trendy neighborhoods and San Diego's best attractions.

PARKING:
Guests will have access to one off street parking space. Additionally, our neighborhood enjoys the convenience of plenty of street parking around our home.

In accordance with Airbnb policies, unregistered guests and parties will not be authorized. Outdoor cameras and noise sensors are on site for liability purposes. Violation of rules will result in eviction and non-refundable cancellation of reservation.

Interaction with Guests:
My co-host and I live in a detached apartment behind the house and will be available to promptly respond to any questions or issues during your stay. Although we will be nearby, we respect our guests' privacy and will not interact unless requested.
