This quiet and spacious condo has an open floor plan that is nicely decorated and has fantastic views of the ski slopes. Comfortable seating is meant for long evenings in the living room around the beautiful rock hearth with a gas log fireplace, playing one of many family board games, or watching movies on the TV with a DVD player and surround sound. Don't miss the fun stuffed moose head on the mantle! The well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances steps right out to a dining area and the convenient breakfast bar has additional seating for a quick meal or other activities. The primary suite has a big bed, a second TV, and mountain views from the private balcony. The guest bedroom features new bedding and lots of storage.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
