- Initial supply of paper products to start your stay (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags), soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. For any additional supplies, nearby stores are available for your convenience.

If you are looking for a bit of everything this house is it. Great price, well stocked home, clean, walks away to get to the chairlift, steps away from the slope to get back, walk to town.Could not have picked a better spot for snowboarding in Breck.

Perfect Location

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay & would definitely recommend. Clean & nicely appointed condo. Can easily walk to the snow flake lift in the morning and downtown restaurants and shops in evening. Communication with owners was good and straightforward. Kitchen decently equipped with basics, only item we needed/forgot was olive oil to keep pans from sticking.(minor) Overall condo was excellent as advertised..no issues! Thanks-

Comfort: The condo was impeccably designed with comfort in mind. The furnishings were plush and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The beds were heavenly, providing a great night's sleep that left us all refreshed and ready for our next adventure. Cleanliness: One of the standout features of this ski condo was its cleanliness. It was spotless upon our arrival, and it was evident that the owners take great care in maintaining the property. Every corner was tidy, and the bathrooms and kitchen were gleaming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Aesthetic Appeal: The decor was simply gorgeous—think rustic charm combined with modern elegance. The use of wood accents and warm colors created a cozy atmosphere, ambiance was perfect for relaxed evenings by the fire.Location: Situated just a short distance from the ski lifts, the condo was ideally located for easy access to the slopes.Amenities: The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, and even a hot tub to soak in after a day of skiing. Whether it’s summer vacations filled with hiking and exploring or winter escapes for skiing and snowboarding, we cherish every moment here. Chandler prefers to ski, while Anne enjoys snowboarding, shopping, and aprùs ski, making the Sundowner II one of the best locations in Breckenridge for all our seasonal adventures. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love the mountains and what better way to enjoy them than from a property in the heart of Breckenridge? The location of the Sundowner II can't be beat. 5 minute walk to Main Street shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the Snowflake lift for easy access to the slopes. Ski-In access via 4 O'Clock Run across the street. Breckenridge is the perfect place for making memories with family.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

For a 2 bedroom condo, the unit is so spacious and we like the direct access to both the slopes and to Main Street. We love that you can see the mountains from inside the bedroom and living room too. As a top floor, corner unit, it's private and quiet. It's very relaxing!
