Welcome to our cozy family haven, just 7 minutes from the beach. Our 4 bed, 2 bath home features a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and spacious yard. Beds include a King, 2 Queens, and a bunk room with 2 twins and a full as well as two Pack’N’Plays. Retreat to our private bedrooms after a day in the sun, and enjoy the convenience of our washer and dryer. We take pride in our clean and well-maintained home, and look forward to hosting you.

diamond in the rough?

We almost decided not to even go in. After driving through the neighborhood to get there it was a little scary. Junk yards even one right next door. Abandoned properties, questionable neighbors, and the house is located a few doors down from a liquor store. That being said, the location was good for us since we were showing at Fox Lea Farm in Venice, very close. Once we went inside the house was nice, nicely furnished, clean and stocked kitchen, plenty of room. The master bed is very low to the ground so maybe not great for an older person otherwise fine.

Great location

We stayed here because we are working in the area. The house was in a great location and very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great house

Our company is in town working on a project and this house is in a great location. The property mgr was very responsive to questions and the house was spacious and well maintained.

Casual, comfortable home

The location was convenient to shops and the beach, and to downtown Venice as well. The kitchen and baths were updated. The bedrooms were cozy, with comfy beds and blackout shades. We were happy to make use of the home’s beach umbrella and chairs on our beach outings. The owner was very pleasant and responsive, which was much appreciated. The only downside was the outdoor space which was pretty sparse. Overall, though, we were happy with our stay.

Nokomis Beach House

Overall, the property is very nice. The sofa needs to be cleaned, and the oversized pillows need to be replaced, as feathers pop out. The mattress in the master bedroom should also be replaced - the only comfortable spot is in the middle of the bed. The shower in the master bathroom leaks under the door, resulting in water on the floor.

Great location, near other relatives! Convenient to the beach, shopping, etc.

Everything was great. Large accommodations, but could use dressers in bedrooms for better storage for clothing.

Not happy

There were so many flies it was terrible, no laundry soap. The bedroom in the front of the house the bed wasn't comfortable at all I think it must be broken.

Shark Tooth Trip

College reunion trip, house was a great location close to a bunch of different beaches to look for shark teeth! Even scored a 2inch tooth! Theres tons of restaurants and went to 3 bridges brewery, would recommend to all :)

A Few Hiccups but Great Communication

House is great and as described. Although it was supposed to be a nonsmoking house the previous guests had smoked inside and it definitely smelled like it. Also the cleaners had left the trash. The owner was awesome in addressing these issues. Also, Michael went above and beyond to accommodate us and even replaced the pack n play mattress cuz of a recall and got us a high chair. Convenient location. Ok neighborhood. Great host!

Great Stay ! Super comfortable beds~!

We had a great stay at this property, very clean and well taken care of. Michael was very easy to communicate with and my guys enjoyed the space especially the mattresses!
