The unit sleeps 8-10 comfortably with a king bed in the Master, a full and a twin in each of the other 2 bedrooms and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are Roku TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. All TVs have HDMI ports so you can load your games and/or FireTV sticks. The dining area has full sun and access to the front balcony, and there is central air and ceiling fans throughout.
The well-appointed kitchen has service for at least 12, with pots, pans and utensils in case you want to cook for your guests. as you would expect there is provided a gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker (so bring your k-cups!) - and a stackable washer/dryer too! There is an outdoor shower for those returning from the beach to rinse off the sand.
