Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with nice yard, patio, and front porch areas, plenty of seating for outdoor activities. Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and events. MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD TO RENT.

This is a lovely home and great location in Wildwood. The owners are very quick to respond if needed. The home is very clean. We hope to rent again.

Good spot!

We had great time and recommande this unit to family with dog! The only thing that miss there is a dishwasher, but it was written. We have not well read!

Decent. Not great.

We had some initial issues when we arrived that were addressed promptly by the owner. Important to know: There is no parking space. You get a parking pass so you don't pay for street parking but you still have find a space. Several times I couldn't find parking on the same block. Location was great, but there were so many little issues that it ultimately wasn't great.

Great Value With Much to Offer

This is an excellent location with an easy walk to the boardwalk. Highlights include wonderful back porch with really nice outdoor furniture, including a dining set, a lounge, and a two seat couch with another table. Just off the large porch is a fenced in grassy backyard and a gas grill in excellent condition. Three bedrooms with bedspace for eight people, plus a pullout couch. All the beds are comfortable. New flooring throughout makes for a very clean feel. One bathroom required our family to pack their patience, but it went just fine. No outdoor shower, but a pretty comfortable/not ice cold spray hose. Televisions in every bedroom and a large flatscreen in the family room. A total of four window air conditioners, kept it cool, especially because we had a week in the low 80s. If you’re bringing a dog, this is a direct shot under the boardwalk onto Dog Beach. We will definitely rent this house again!
