Do you ever want to get “A Wave From It All”? This amazing 2019 newly-themed home is located in the sought-after gated community of Windsor at Westside, only eight and a half miles from Disney World! You will be close to other must-visit attractions, including Disney's Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Star Tours - The Adventure Continues, Avatar Flight of Passage, and so much more.

Inside the home, you will be able to get lost in the worlds of Pandora, Wakanda, and The Outer Rim! This beautifully decorated getaway is all about entertainment and comfort no matter where you are. Upon entering this resort home, you will be greeted with a uniquely developed treasure hunt challenge. This game is perfect for family bonding time while at home. Parents, you are welcome to join in, or let the kids search for clues on their own in a quest to unlock the treasure!

The open floor plan and theming throughout the common areas will take your breath away while providing a serene and relaxing environment, simultaneously. The first level hides an ultraviolet Avatar-themed game room with a rec area featuring a huge TV and soundbar and an arcade gaming station with two separate monitors and gaming consoles with chairs. The marvelous open kitchen is a chef's playground. Find stainless steel appliances and a beautiful island that serves as an additional dining spot. The nearby inviting living room enjoys comfy sofas and a huge TV, offering a great spot to unwind after a delicious meal.

Upstairs, you will discover Black Panther and Mandalorian-themed bedrooms. The upper-level loft takes you above water in Avatar’s Pandora and is perfect for entertaining as it boasts ample seating, a custom bar area, and large TV. The back patio offers a great area for outdoor entertainment with a private screened heated pool with an attached pool spa facing a beautiful conservation. Enjoy refreshing dips in the pool, a rejuvenating soak in the pool spa, or a sunbathing session on any of the poolside loungers. The patio also boasts an outdoor dining area to enjoy those relaxing Orlando evenings.

Sleeping arrangements include two main suites (one downstairs and one upstairs) plus four additional bedrooms, making this home ideal for a vacation rental! The main suite on the first level has an en suite bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. There is also the option to gain access to the pool area through the en suite bathroom. The upper-level main bedroom also includes an en suite bathroom with double vanity.

Windsor at Westside Resort community features a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style pool with a splash area, a lazy river, and a tropical bar. The Club contains Tu Casa Bar and Lounge, Market and Deli, arcade games room, concierge, sand volleyball court, multi-purpose court, and playground.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is available for a minimum of 3 nights between October and May for an additional fee of $32 per day plus tax.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 25 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
