Family vacation

Property was great for the kids. The game room kept them occupied. All the rooms were clean and a nice size. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only issue we had was they charged us to rent a grill which is fine its the fact they gave us a piece of garbage. It was old and had no markings on it and was horrible to grill on.

TAKE US BACK!!!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. Check-in was a breeze. The cleaning crew finished a little before our scheduled arrival, so we were able to check-in a little early. The house was so clean and spacious!! It was like a maze finding all the different rooms.There was something for the whole family! The kids loved the game room and pool of course! The outdoor space out back was soooo relaxing. Loved the views and scenery. The kids really got a kick out of the blue harons and alligators in the water!! The water park on the property is an added bonus as well!! Will definitely be booking again!!

Great for a larger group or family!

We really enjoyed this property. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and some late night gaming in the game room! The resort waterpark is wonderful as well! It was everything it claimed to be!

Beautiful House

House was beautiful and had something for everyone. Very clean and spacious. Kids loved the game room and theatre. Entrance gate is terrible and didn’t work for anyone’s code. Would be nice to know that house is 1.5 miles from resort pool though.

Kids loved it

Kids did not want to leave as there was so much for them to do at the home. Listing as described. They preferred this over the resorts at Disney. Drive to Disney parks was not that far. Would book again if back to the area.

Wonderful Disney vacation home

Our entire family from old to young enjoyed this vacation home. We weren’t far at all to all Disney parks. Lots of restaurants and shopping options near the home. Very quiet area to be able to rest and relax in between park visits. Communication was very simple and easy also. If we go back to Disney, we will be back to this property for sure!

We had a magical experience on our first family trip to Orlando to visit Disney and Universal. When looking for nearby accommodations we found this gem, with awesome Disney themed rooms for the kids and classy rooms for the adults to enjoy. Despite a cold snap while there, we spent hours in and around the pool most days, thankfully having added on the pool/spa heating. We also added a bbq rental which made cooking for our big family nice and easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and cookware we could need, and a welcome basket even provided some essentials like dish soap, a few laundry supplies, and paper towel. Given the size of our family we did have to supplement with our own supplies, but to have a bit of a starting supply was a nice surprise and gave us time to settle in the first night and save the supply runs for the next day. The kids absolutely LOVED the game room and the theatre room. I didn’t hear a single “Mommy, I’m bored” the whole time we were there. We enjoyed kids movie nights to wind down in the home theatre most nights, and they couldn’t wait to get back to the game room each day to keep playing games like car racing, basketball and air hockey. The response time whenever we reached out was quick and offered very dedicated service. We would only recommend that some accessibility bars be added to the main floor bathrooms and to get in and out of the pool and spa. After a back surgery 6 months ago, one guest couldn’t use the pool area.

Great home, great location!

The house was amazing! Very clean and comfortable with a floor plan that worked well for several colleagues to stay together while at a business conference. We had challenges with the QR code entry into the gated community and seemed like everyone else in the neighborhood did as well. It would have been helpful to provide a service number or directions to a staffed entrance.Our only real issue was with the hot tub. We were very surprised that we had to pay an additional daily fee to heat the hot tub. Seems redundant and excessive to include a hot tub in the amenities list of the property and then charge guests an additional 40 per day to heat it. We paid the fee but didn't agree with the policy.All in a great trip and we got a "hot" hot tub for an extra 180.

Very enjoyable

Our stay was a family Christmas gift. There was something for everyone to do without having to leave the property. Wecwill definately stay here again.

A Challenging Stay

Our family booked the property in advance of a Disney Cruise for three nights. With the contract signed, we proceeded to check-in. At check-in, there was no knowledge of our stay despite us showing the signed contract for the property address. We reached out to the online booking, and without receiving an immediate response we were encouraged to go to the property address and use a code. Upon arriving at the address we had paid for and that was under contract, we were greeted by another family who was staying at that address. An hour later (and tears from the children), we received a notification with check-in instructions (well past our check-in time) for another property as part of their portfolio. One of their "premier" properties, the location was beautiful - but that's where we encountered more issues. A can light hanging out of the ceiling in the hallway entrance, broken chairs in the theatre room, a kitchen sink that wasn't attached to the counter-top and spun around, a broken basketball game in the arcade room, etc. While the home was clean and had a great view, it was in need of repairs in almost every room. No apology was originally offered for our check-in experience and the move and it seemed the expectation was that we would instead be 'wowed' by their 'premier' location. Instead we felt like our signed and paid contract was forgotten and we were moved into another location which was sitting empty as it needed multiple repairs throughout.

I was impressed overall, but it would be helpful to have light switches labeled, as we inadvertently turned off the theater room projector when trying to shut off hall lights. Also It was not clear to me that you had to buy the pool heat before, but it was easily rectified when we arrived. Also you do have to rent a grill, it does not come automatically. Overall a nice experience, and plenty of room and fun for the kids. Nice perk is the community pool, lazy river and water slide access!

Awesome Vacation Home

This property was as pictured. Easy check-in, place was clean and had all the amenities of a hotel. My kids loved the game room, all the games worked, the bunk bed was so fun for them. The movie theatre was my personal favorite making a family movie not such an experience. The late check out at 11:00am was perfect. We will be reserving this property again.excellent choice.

A good home base for our Disney weekend

6 adults and 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights during our Disney/Universal trip. The parks were about 20 minutes from the house. There was a Publix and Target 5 minutes from the house, which was convenient. The house was very spacious, and more people could have fit in there. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the themed rooms and game room. The hot tub was nice - we didn't use the pool as we didn't pay the extra to have it heated ahead of time (our choice, not the houses fault). The only cons were that the QR code we were provided with didn't work to open the security gate all weekend and it seemed all the other cars trying to get in as well had trouble. By the end of our stay, one of the gates was just wide open so anybody could get in (no security). Two nights in a row there were cars that seemed to be drag racing around the community at 2am making a lot of noise and those sleeping in the bedrooms at the front of the house found it loud and woke them up in the night. The front door of the house has seen better days/looks a little cracked/dirty. Overall, this was a great home base for a Disney/Universal trip.
