Great Stay - fabulous views.

The condo was great. The kitchen and living areas were very nice. Beds were comfortable and the views from the balconies were great. Bathrooms were a bit dated but still clean and nice.

Great Location

Really nice condo with a great view from the balcony! Easy access to the free Vail bus system and just a short walk or bus ride to the Lionshead lifts.

Perfect for our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious and clean. Close to both villages. And, it was the perfect location for my daughter’s ice skating competition. We hope to stay here again!

Comfortable Condo in Great Location

The condo is in an excellent location - easy walking to Lionshead Village and Vail Village. The condo itself is a little dated, but we were comfortable and appreciated the ample space. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware , dishes, etc. The cupboards were a little stuffed, so it was a bit of a chore to find specific items. Communication was good. Enjoyed access to the pool. Would stay here again.

Great Location

We could walk everywhere easily from this location as it’s right in the center of the villages. It’s one of the few places to get good views from the balcony. The space was clean, but somewhat dated. It was great having a separate bed/bath areas for each couple on opposite ends of the condo with shared space in the middle. One area for improvement is the pillows as they were hard and very uncomfortable, making it challenging to get a good nights sleep.

Great Place to Stay in the Heart of Vail

The central location of this condo makes it only a 10 minute walk to both Vail Village and Lionshead. The condo was extremely clean, very roomy, and was everything as advertised. The parking spot below the building was also a huge plus. At first we were nervous about the lack of A/C, but with the mountain air, we never felt like we needed it. Would definitely book again on my next trip to Vail!

Fun summertime trip!

The best part about our stay at Evergreen Lodge was the location and value. Spacious, clean, nice views, huge pool - fun summertime trip for our family of 4. We could easily ride our bikes to Vail Village, Lionshead, Ford Gardens, etc. We didn't have to use our car for the entire stay! Maureen from iTrip was absolutely wonderful to work with regarding the trip details and check-in/ check-out times.

Great Condo; Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo unit. The condo is a top floor corner unit with amazing views of the mountain. The unit is spacious and clean. A perfect place for our family vacation. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Lionshead and Vail village. It is a short walk to lionshead village and right at the free vail in-town bus. You can also walk very easily to Vail Village. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location; comfortable & great views

Visited Vail for a family wedding. This apartment (top floor of Evergreen Lodge) was midway between Vail Village & Lionshead Village. Was perfect for events happening at each. Easy to use the bus from the Library. Enjoyed the pool, almost all to ourselves. Fitness center adequate. Living space is very spacious, beds plenty big for the teenager, young adults and parents. Awesome to wake up looking at the mountains.

Nice but not quite 5 star.

First of all, the staff is very responsive. The first night we did not sleep well and a foam topper showed up immediately. That made the rest of the stay very comfortable This is a convenient location with a nice walk along Gore creek. The accommodations are adequate, but the unit needs a little “facelift”—a bit tired and worn. Because we were attending the Jazz Festival we were gone for hours every day, so that did not really matter. For the price I can’t complain!

Spacious but dated 2br Vail Condo

Reservation process and communication with manager were great! My husband and I, along with our 3 children (ages 4, 8, & 11) stayed in the condo in the summer when we traveled to Vail for a family wedding. The size of the condo was perfect for a few days. There were areas that seemed like they could do for a deep clean like the carpet and under some furniture. I understand that a property like this has locked areas for owners’ items but this condo had about ten locked areas and left little room for us to store items. The views of Vail Mountain and location in town were great!

Sofa Bed was Locked out…

There were six of us, we intended to use the three beds and the sofa sleeper to accommodate the six of us. The sofa sleeper was locked up with a bike lock We paid for an additional room at the hotel because we could not use the sofa sleeper The master bedroom that I used had plugged sink and tub drains that backed up after a few seconds of use also there was a code lock on the master bed door that would lock me out, I had to go through the balcony slider to access room. Kinda of a joke but we got our bike ride in... I won’t be back

Christmas in Vail

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at Evergreen Lodge 705. The beds were comfortable, the condo was very spacious, and the gondola was a 10 min walk away. Would recommend!

Nice place with issues

Our stay was very comfortable but need to point out some issues. First, the pictures shown of the property were not accurate. Secondly, there was no useable closet in the 2nd bedroom. There were closets, but they were locked and marked as owners do not force open. Next, above the locked closets in the 2nd bedroom was an emply TV box and several cans of paint. Finally, there were several extension/cable cords just laying on the floor in front of the fireplace. I mention these issues, while they did not disrupt our stay, they should be items that should be address for other who stay there.

Presidents Week Holiday

I will give the condo a 5 star for service, space, being clean, local to Lions Head and being comfortable. I was disappointed that many of the closets and pullout bed were locked and unusable. I understand that there is owner space needed to store belongings but there should be more closets available and a pullout sofa as an option to use.

Great Location!

Overall, we loved our stay here. The condo is walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead and has a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a spacious living area that's great to relax in with your group. Our only complaint was the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Great spot for family for skiing

We had a wonderful time. Condo was spotless views from all windows were breathtaking. Easy walk to Lion’s head slopes. Great restaurant downstairs. Highly recommend staying here.
