This well-appointed ground-floor condo has everything you need for a perfect mountain getaway. Just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Eagle Bahn Gondola, ski lifts, and all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in Lionshead Village. Sun Vail offers a large, year-round outdoor swimming pool, a redwood sauna, and outdoor hot tubs for ultimate relaxation after an active day. This condo combines comfort, convenience, and stunning mountain views, making it the perfect home base for your Vail adventure.

During the month of September, all Sun Vail buildings will be undergoing exterior painting. Work will take place 7 days a week throughout the month.
Please be aware that there will be ladders, painting crews, and ongoing painting activity around the property. We kindly ask that you use caution when moving around the premises.

FEATURES: 2-Bedrooms / 2-baths; the primary bedroom has a king bed, private full bath. The second bedroom has two twins size beds, and a full bathroom in the hall. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Spacious patio with plenty of seating, mountain view and gas grill.

NOTE: NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation; in the summer, opening a patio door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise.
