Lovely cabin in the woods

Very peaceful and quiet, cozy and comfortable, stocked well with all kitchen utensils, the deck and hot tub were wonderful. It was great to have my dog with us.

Cozy getaway

We were sure thankful that we got to stay in this cozy getaway cabin. Loved the dog run, kiddo play area, hot tub, and lovely accommodations. The hiking trail just down the street was a bonus. We will return and also recommend. Thank you!

You'll want to go there!

This lovely cabin is located deep in a mountainous, pine covered neighborhood where deer and elk come right into the yards to browse. It was so quiet you could even take a nap in the afternoon without any disturbance at all. Not only was the cabin sufficient for our needs, but the decor had all the attributes of home, flags, family mementoes, Christian emblems, plus. The hosts were such lovely people and responded to our questions and needs immediately.

Great Little Place for a Getaway!

Perla's Dream was just as advertised. Perfect, serene location in Ruidoso, NM. watched wildlife in the yard. We loved all the amenities. We'll come back and bring bathing suits for the hot tub. We'll also tell our friends about our wonderful stay here.

It was an ok place to stay. We probably would not return however.

Expected a little more high in rental property for the money that we paid.. It was an older cabin with older furniture, appliances and general surroundings. Dirt road going by cabin created a lot of dust especially with the high amount of traffic as we sat on the porch and felt/saw the dust coming our way. Cabin was clean and hot tub was working. Furniture was outdated and water took a long time to heat up while taking showers and washing dishes. No dishwasher. The coffee cups could probably look cleaner if they were run through a dishwasher as coffee/tea stains would not come out even with aggressive hand washing. The stay overall was ok but we probably would not rebook for this location. For the money and we visit Ruidoso many times through out the year we would like a rental to be a little more updated and away from high traffic/dusty dirt roads.

Incredible Hosts!

I've stayed a lot in Ruidoso, and this has become my favorite! We were in town for the bike rally, and ended up spending more time at the cabin enjoying the serenity and the wildlife! Nick and Perla are wonderful, and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable, and that always makes for a better stay! The hot tub was a plus, but so was the TV! We could pause what we were watching, watched some of the previously recorded movies on the DVR, and lots of movie channels to choose from! Just never stayed anywhere with better television, so it's much appreciated! The wine and flowers were the cherry on top! Thanks so much, we've found our spot in Ruidoso!

PERFECT LITTLE GET AWAY

Pearla's Dream, is just that! a dream! The cabin is so cute and cozy! We drove up to the most inviting and welcoming view, the door was open for us, the lights were on ( as we arrived late). The cabin is decorated so very cute, and everything was so clean, cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and very relaxing. In the morning the views were so beautiful, and the deer would come up to us and eat right out of our hands. The owners were so nice that they brought us over some food to feed the deer, to make it more enjoyable for us, as we were unsure what we could feed them. Each room in the cabin is very clean and decorated perfectly, with the most comfortable furniture. There were board games and card games available for the guests, and a guest book to sign if you chose to do so. The privacy at the cabin is amazing, and not to mention the peace and tranquility there was just what I imagined. The deck had everything needed to spend the perfect evening there, you dont even have to go into town the entire time you are there if you dont want to. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back again...

Nice, with some issues

The cabin was nicely decorated and in mostly good condition, but there were some issues. It could have been cleaner. There was toothpaste splash on the bathroom cabinets that I had to clean to feel comfortable. The ceiling fans were full of dust and there was a random bikini strap left on the hot tub. The pet policies were not made clear until arrival. Although most of the furniture was nice, the couches were completely blown out and uncomfortable to sit on. They were so uncomfortable that we chose not to use them, and instead sat on the floor. They really need new couches. In a pandemic, they should also clean more thoroughly. House rules should be provided prior to booking instead of posting on the walls after you’ve arrived. The couches were a deal breaker for me to stay here again. It was very pretty and cozy though and in a very nice area.

Fabulous little gem!

This house is in perfect condition and appointed extremely well. All the comforts of home are at this little gem. We were so very comfortable and enjoyed our stay so much. The property manager was available and easy to communicate with although we didn’t need anything after check in because everything was perfect.

Ruidoso Relaxation

Property was immaculately clean. Owner wanted to make sure all needs were met. Only suggestions we have are to provide a hamper for used towels, trash receptacle on the deck, and label on the outdoor light for accessing hot tub at night. Owner even gave us sweet feed for the Deer and Elk. They would come right up to the deck to be fed. Truly amazing. For rest and relaxation this spot is perfect. We will return.

30th Wedding Anniversary at Perlas Dream

Cozy 2 bedroom cabin in the mountains. Private hot tub outdoor. Beautiful deck with grill, propane fire amenity and plenty of seating. Very clean, nice decor and all one needs to prep and enjoy meals. Very well stocked with all you need. Owner very responsive and could tell his desire was to make sure your stay at Perlas Dream was the best. A definate thumbs up.

Great location, cozy, immaculately clean.

We went with my cousin and her husband for my birthday weekend. We have stayed in quite a few cabins in Ruidosa and this was buy far the best one. Very homie and incredibly clean. When we arrived there was fresh flowers and a bottle of wine, which I thought was a great gesture. The hosts are incredibly nice and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you desire. We took my fur baby and there was every accommodation we needed for him to also have a great time. I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10. We will be going back.

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice! We spent as much time as we could enjoying the deck & the hot tub. Our children really enjoyed the little play yard. Would definitely come back!

Weekend trip

This cabin was wonderful. It had everything we needed for our short trip with my daughter and two grandchildren. They got to get close and personal with family of deer. What an experience for kids and adults. We will certainly rent Perlas cabin again for sure.

Wonderful pet friendly cabin

Cabin was perfect for a getaway. Great location as it was a short drive to lots of hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife. Comfortable outdoor space with a great dog run for the pups. Interior was great too but I was outside as much as possible

Mother in law getaway

The property was nice and clean inside and out. There were deer and Elk on the property which was really nice. We did have an issue at the beginning with the bathroom not having a tub. The bathroom was updated over a year ago but the website had not be updated. This presented a problem with my elderly mother in law that has a really bad back. She needs one to soak in to relieve her back pain. When this was brought up in a phone call they were very sorry and compensated us one night for our troubles. This was very generous of them to do this for us. My mother in law spent more time in her room in bed, but still was so happy to just be in Ruidoso. And because of how we were treated we would be back again, just probably not with her.
