1 sovrum, 1 badrum stuga på 1. 1 tunnland som ligger nära stan, men ändå har det ut ur staden känner. Stugan är 440 kvadratfot och har alla bekvämligheter du behöver. En komplett kök, dusch och bad och en drottning säng i sovrummet gör denna mysiga stuga bekväma. De två kärleks platser i vardagsrummet både fälla ut till individuella enkelsängar. Fawn ås stuga har också en öppen spis och utomhus däck för att njuta av den friska bergsluften.

Stugan är ett bra alternativ till ett hotell eller lägenhet, där du har din egen plats på 1. 1 tunnland och är mitt uppe i tallarna. Downtown Ruidoso är ca 4 miles away och skidbackarna (Ski Apache) är ungefär 15 miles away. Det finns många restauranger inom 2-3 miles liksom. Det finns ett mycket trevligt däck sitta på och koppla av och använda grillen (kol) för att göra dina favoriträtter. Det är också trevligt Djurliv, från fågelbordet bara fötter från däck till tittar på hjorten gå igenom fastigheten.

Anniversary trip

We stayed 2 nights. Enquiring was good except jets on hot tub weren't working. Only other thing was wish TV was in living room. Very quiet and relaxing. Thank you

Very quiet and private but close to town

We were looking for something small, cozy, and quiet and this fit the bill. A great home base to everything we wanted to go see. Close enough to town to be convenient, but not be in the thick of it. Lots of wildlife. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great Cabin!

This cabin was super cute and even though it was not exactly far from the neighbors, it seemed surprisingly secluded. We spent most of our trip outside at the patio table, the hot tub, or up at the pergola. The ONLY thing I'd be aware of is the steps to and from the hot tub. There's zero light after dark by the hot tub area and both me & my friend fell there and stubbed toes more than once. So you might want to bring a lantern or solar light out there when you are heading to the hot tub after dark. Jason was an attentive host and was very quick with communication. We wanted to extend our stay and he was very accommodating. Everything was so cute and we really enjoyed our stay at 'Fawn Ridge'!

Disappointed, didn’t feel it was worth the price. Bedroom accommodations were difficult with the large bed only accessible from one side. Several cosmetic issues; water stains, surface panels on bathroom door peeling away from door frame. Loose planks on deck sticking up at one end are a tripping hazard (see photo) and one near the front steps just rotting out. Livable but shabby.

Excellent cabin for getaway

This was exactly what my husband and I needed to spend our 22nd anniversary. It’s quite beautiful and very easy to get too. The cabin is small but it feels so at home. I did cook for us there, the kitchen is small but fully equipped with all you may need. The hot tub was the best part really took advantage of that! Only thing is there is a tv in the bedroom could definitely use one in the living room. But other than that our stay was PERFECT. Totally recommend this cabin!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay and get a break from life for a bit. The property is in a very quiet secluded neighborhood, great for observing the local wildlife. Everything about the cabin and property was just as expected from the listing.

Getting up

Getting to cabin is a bit steep, if there was snow or ice, a 2 wheel drive would have a bit of trouble getting up. The matress needs to be replaced, to soft. Everthing else is good

Cozy, Comfy & Well Equipped

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin! It was perfect for a couple and had all the necessities. We saw lots of wildlife - deer, wild horses and hummingbirds. The neighborhood was close to town but still far enough away to enjoy nature. The overlook was an added bonus.

Fawn Cabin

Location was quite and peaceful, deer came up around 7:00 pm. We filled the hummingbird feeder and they came thru out the day. Very pleasant and relaxing. I recommend it to everyone. 👍

Great location and cabin!

Loved the location. Cabin was neat and tidy. Hot tub was in great condition and very clean. Kitchen was stocked with great appliances and anything else you might need!

Amazing place!!!

My husband and i loved being here. It was perfect for the two of us. Loved the view and it was close to both lakes. Alto and Grindstone as well. Hot tub worked great, and the gazebo was a short hike however the view was worth it. It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved it and it was perfect!

Directions to get there were kind of challenging. The fireplace was very cozy. Overall, a cozy, tiny space. Better for two.

My wife and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary, and on the night of our honeymoon we stayed in Ruidoso. So we wanted to return after all these years. We had a wonderful fantastic time in the privacy of this little cabin. We will return.

The perfect mountain getaway!

This property offered everything I was looking for. The cabin was in a central location, but tucked above the road for added privacy. This cute little house had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. The hot tub was a fabulous bonus! My favorite thing was the private little hiking trail that led up to a deck with a spectacular view of the mountains; the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this property and I will plan to stay there again!

We bought Fawn Ridge Cabin in 2013. We love Ruidoso and ended up falling in love with the cabin. It has been remodeled and is super cute. We live in Liberty Hill, Texas and travel to Ruidoso every chance we get!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We wanted a cabin that wasn't in town and wasn't a condo. Every time we rented in Ruidoso, it seemed that is what we ended up with (in our price range). When we first looked at the cabin, we fell in love. We can't live here full time, so we thought we would rent it and let others enjoy it's beauty as well.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The cabin is on 1.1 acres and has Pine trees surrounding it. We walked to the top of the property and found the beautiful view of the Sierra Blanca mountain range. As we were enjoy the beauty, the wind was blowing and the fresh pine was just amazing.
