Perfect vacation

The Casa Del Mar property is a beautifully maintained hotel with a boutique feel. Having access to the restaurants is a plus but not needed as the kitchen in the condo has all you need. The location in the grounds of the hotel is gorgeous with a view to the quiet beach and ocean . No complaints . Thank you

The condo was lovely, clean and comfortable. I wish there was a tea kettle, but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked.

Cabo Christmas

Casa Del Mar is a hidden jewel with the best view and walking beach in Cabo. Proximity to San Jose is a plus for access to all the restaurants. Keep your eyes on the horizon to see daily whales, dolphin and other water activity. Sunrise and Sunset are part of each days spectacle and the poolside service and food is really convenient and good! The Zoetry hotel on property offers a great option to eat out on campus and their daily activities and access to the concierge allows you to book area activities, restaurant reservations and excursions. Most importantly, the weather is highly predictably good!

Wish we could stay longer

I'll be back!! The property and the owners were both exceptional. The unit was very clean and stocked with essentials. The views were unbeatable. The proximity to the properties other amenities was very convenient. The restaurants provided great food. There were special events available for those interested.

Stunning views and well kept resort

The views are amazing and resort grounds are well maintained. This resort is best suited for more mature aged individuals looking for a quiet place to unwind. With that said, we visited in December of 2022 and there was a lot of construction noise from the condo directly above, so there were two days out of our trip that we were not able to enjoy the condo as much as we had hoped for. However, we would certainly return again and come mentally prepared to spend a day strolling through town during construction times or on laying on the beach.

Incredible views

This is a beautifully located property. We have traveled to Cabo for the past 18 years and this is probably the most peaceful and beautiful area. This is not a party place but restful and you can't stop looking at the views. We saw whales playing from the shore. The only snag was there was construction going on all throughout the resort that was supposed to be over the middle of October and the resort extended the construction time and did not alert the condo owners. So we had 3 noisy days however Theresa and Isaac were extremely kind and helpful. We would love to come back and stay at this beautiful piece of paradise. thank you for sharing it with us.

Ocean front!!!

This location within Casa Del Mar epitomizes an ocean front view and is very unique within the resort. Private grass area, 20 ft from pool areas/restaurant/bar, equally close to beach access.

excellent location

great location to vacay, but its under-construction, even tho the guys waited to work around 8:30am- 9am you can heard the drilling and the hammering down in the pool, on the beach. You should specify the fact that it's going to be under-construction because the relaxing deck and the drilling don't go together.

Lovely Week Away

The condo setting is lovely - you can't beat the view, there is a green lawn in front, and you are a very short walk to the pool and beach. The condo itself has everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation and is very comfortable. There were two of us and it was the perfect size (four people could stay if the other two were children who don't mind a pull-out couch). The staff, without exception, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Order the Baja tacos poolside - they're AMAZING. The beach is beautiful but you can't swim there. It was fine, we used the pool instead. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. The only negatives were that the condo itself is a little dated and the towels could use updating. Something to note...look for the Zoetry sign when you are on the highway. It must have recently changed hands and the Casa Del Mar part is impossible to read from the road.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location within the resort, (less than a minute from the beach, restaurant and main pool), as well as a great midway location, between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. We opted not to rent a car and were pleased with our decision. We never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for an Uber and travel was inexpensive. The condo is cozy, with a comfy bed and great shower. Access to the water is a quick trip out the patio and down a lighted path to the beach. There were four chaise lounges with umbrellas set up directly on the sand. We had this spot to ourselves every time we used it. We needed to contact Isaac, the property manager, a couple of times and he replied quickly and addressed our request in a timely fashion. Some of our favorite restaurants include: Solomon's Landing and Hacienda Cocina & Cantina in Cabo. In San Jose it was Jazmin's, where we got to see the mariachi band perform "Sweet Home Alabama" - quite the treat! and 7 Seas, where we watched the surfers ride the waves. We had viewed previous reviews where folks talked about Costco and Fresko. Not being familiar with Fresko we visited Costco first... Don't! Costco was fine, but Fresko is a great store and much closer to the condo. Highly recommend hitting it first for grocery supplies. (When I asked my husband his favorite place we visited during our vacation he replied Fresko!)

Getaway w hubby

Turned out that 2 years ago we stayed in unit next door, and owned by the same owner. We loved our stay then and loved it this time as well. Internet problems when we arrived, but was taken care of quickly by property manager. Covid testing was very easy, make appointment with front desk and they email results very quickly. Beach is great for walks, sunbathing. Pool and facilities are great as well. Would love to make this a yearly event.

Sol 102 holiday paradise

We had a great stay at Sol102. Location was awesome to be able to walk out & watch the sunrise/sunset each day. We were also able to see the whales and dolphins in the morning jumping out of the water. The condo was great, we had a mishap with the sliding door but Isaac and team resolved it quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent condo can’t wait to rent again!

The Condo and property are fantastic! We have stayed at Casa Del Mar before but not in a ground level condo. We loved having the green space in front. It is where we spent most of our time. When we had an issue checking in I called Josh and he immediately got it sorted it out. Josh and Theresa were excellent to deal with! Thank you for taking such good care of your property and letting us enjoy it!

Most Chill Vacation We've Had in Years :)

This property was everything the listing promised and more. The location of the unit is excellent with unobstructed views of a beautiful beach. It's a first floor unit which normally we wouldn't like, but this one has a huge patio and a big lawn in front of that - and it's very private. We pulled the loungers out onto the grass at night and watched the stars. Perfect! The resort itself is VERY nice. The pool was big, refreshing, quiet and the pool bar and food service was excellent. We had one issue on arrival and it was handled SO FAST. The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't blowing especially cold. I contacted the owner and had a reply within minutes. Someone showed up almost immediately and had things working great quickly. Thank you, Ian! Tip! - Don't rent a car unless you really need one. The insurance requirements and deposits border on scam. Fortunately, Uber is in Cabo now. We used it every day. Surprisingly inexpensive to use and every car and driver we had were great.

Casa del Mar is the perfect location in the middle of the corridor in Los Cabos ... 20 minutes to the airport , 15 minutes to San Jose del Cabo and a fun 20 min. shot to down town Cabo san Lucas. Villa del Sol 102 is the perfect location at Casa del Mar...

The low-density boutique style of Casa Del Mar along with not needing to get up at 6am to save a chair(s) like at the big resorts is a great feature. You will love being able to get a cushy lounger by the pool anytime of the day!
With (7) pools to explore there is likely one if not two that will be deserted and ready for your own quiet enjoyment. Even when the hotel is completely booked it's still not overly crowded, but do keep in mind that you can literally meet new people to have fun with at any moment.
Some other convenient local amenities include having a Costco and Wal-Mart fifteen minutes down the coast which makes vacationing affordable and just slightly familiar.
Sleeping with windows/doors open gives you a nightime breeze and sounds of the ocean waves breaking that are simply surreal. With on-foot security throughout the property 24hrs it allows you to keep everything open all the time (literally).
Dine with your toes in the sand 20 feet from the ocean with a loved one(s) is unforgettable and priceless.
Oceanfront sunset on the patio, breeze, beverage... You should have a pretty good visual by now ;) but dont forget to check out all the pics we have posted! Visit us once and you'll be hooked.
