Wonderful!

We loved our time staying at Las Olas. The condos are perfectly situated on the beach, by many surf breaks and nice hotels. It was comfortable, clean, and cool in the condo, and we enjoyed all the amenities that the complex had to offer. Definitely will be back!

In transition

We had a great stay for three nights. The reference to keys in the owner’s instructions were erroneous. There are no keys. We ate at Zipper’s next door, which is great for a couple of days. We used Uber to get around and found them to be on time and helpful. The front gate attendant was the best. He gave us a keycard for the front gate and told us the codes for the gates to the beach. A relaxing stay for us.

Fantastic location and great condo

Couldn’t be a better location. Clean property and super responsive host. Even had a surfboard/cooler/beach chairs and towells..that was a nice surprise. Only negative: Owner doing BARE minimum on appliances/pots and pans/furniture etc. Pull out bed is actually just foam and pillows to put on ground. 2nd person in your party, be prepared to sleep on floor on the foam. Still very pleased with the stay and a great unit. Just had those few things that could have made stay perfect. Still 5 stars!

Surf trip to Cabo

Stopped in for two days prior to meeting my friends in Cabo San Lucas. Nice property, nice people, lovely beach.

Las olas

As always when I stay at Las Olas it’s amazing.I get to realax when i’m not surfing. The pool , jacuzzi and ocean are all right there. Walking distance to zippers bar and grill.It does not get any more simple and easy than this. Sunrise and sunset never gets old. Charles and his team are amazing hosts for sure.

Good place to stay

This is a perfect location and the condo is in decent shape. Management was responsive to having the air conditioner fixed. Things happen so it is important to have people in place for situations like this.

Ocean Front, But Very Loud

The positives: Check in, super easy and directions great. Bed very comfortable, bath newer, ocean front, lots of extra.chairs, coolers and beach needs. The Negatives: The stove will shock you, literally if your not careful, NO PLASTIC GLASSES at all. So you cant take drinks to the pool. Couch should be replaced, its terrible and not comfortable at all. The outdoor chairs could be a better quality and comfortable to enjoy the view. The NOISE from the traffic is absolutely terrible, for this reason we would.not stay at any units at Los Olas. Which is too bad.

Convenient Pool and Beach Access

Perfect combination of privacy and access

Great spot in the complex for a couple, with all the necessities two people would need. The unit has direct ground level access to the pool area and the beach is just steps away. The grounds are well maintained, the pool and hot tubs are clean, and everything feels secure. Amazing spot to see the sunrise (no sunsets at this angle) and for watching whales (we were there mid-late Jan).

Fantastic!

This property was perfect. Toys for beach, kitchen was great, location incredible, close proximity to groceries, everything was just great. I asked my wife, "of all the places we have stayed in the last 10 years tell me what is the downside to this condo?" Neither of us could name one. In fact, we liked it so much, we are considering purchasing our own condo!

Cabo Vacation

Great location for relaxing, access to both San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, and swimming/surfing. Walk right out to the edge of the property or down to the beach to enjoy uninterrupted views of the sunrise over the ocean. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking ware needed to create and enjoy your own meals.

Great place

Awesome beachfront place. It was perfect for our family of 3- the little one could swim in the pool while one of the parents surfed out front! Place was clean and as described. Charles had great communication. Definitely recommend!

Perfect stay

Three of stayed & it was perfect location. It was super clean & the king firm( but very comfy) & my niece said the couch pulled out nicely & was comfy too! Loved being able to walk straight out to pool/ beach. Beautiful sunrises & moon rises! Watching the surfers. We loaded up the chairs & umbrella that were provided(thank you for that) & Ubers to Chileno Beach great for snorkeling (you can rent for $25 cash but I brought my own) Zippers is a nice option to walk over & eat! The host is very accommodating & responsive! This was my second time here & planning to come back again making it an annual trip

Beachfront in tourist zone

1990s beachfront property. Ground floor in front of the pool. Clean and comfortable. Property is well kept. Unfortunately no upgrades like dishwasher or sink disposal. Closest grocery is too far to walk. Communication with owner about problems prompt but not always helpful. Overall a good stay at a full price.

Perfect Location

My husband and I loved the easy access to the pool and the beach, but especially liked that our Grandkids could come and go from their condo to swim and snack and rest during the day with us. Then go sleep at their condo at night! It's a perfect size for two and well stocked for cooking in. This room is quiet and reasonably private considering the close proximity to the pool. We can't wait to return.

Great Location and amenities

Owner takes care of the place, kitchen was completely stocked, thanks for the beach chair and umbrella, lots of towels and the W/D is great. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean. You'll like the security of the entry car gate and gate security. Great for families, pool/ spa shuts down around 10pm so it's pretty quiet at night. Thank you.

Perfect surf vacation

Right on the beach break, right by the showers and pool. Very convenient location, not having to get in the car for anything but groceries. Only drawback is that I'm a light sleeper and the road noise made me have to sleep on the living room sofa instead of the bedroom that backs up to the major thoroughfare.

Excellent! Plenty of room for two would also work for 2 plus 1-2 kiddos. Had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. Very clean. Easy access to the surf breaks, surf shop and restaurants. We will be back!

We had been coming to this area since 2006. We had friends that owned condos here and when we had an opportunity to get one, we jumped on it and we are so glad we did. We love the warm weather and surf in, surf out.
