Stunning Mid Century Home in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Hard to find a nicer and more unique space to call home on your next Scottsdale vacation! Stylish decor and comfortable furnishings throughout. Fully stocked kitchen with with breakfast bar island. Master bedroom retreat with luxurious master bath that features soaker tub and custom shower. Backyard paradise with BBQ, Pool, Hot Tub, and multiple seating areas. Prime Old Town location minutes to city's top attractions.
The space was set up with a comfort and style in mind. No details were overlooked in making this one of the top homes to stay at in the area. Open concept that centers around the large custom kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked for the cook in the family and features an eat in breakfast bar and top of the line appliances. Spacious and comfy living area with custom double sided fireplace to create ambiance throughout your stay. The master bedroom is a true retreat in itself. King sized bed with quality mattress, big screen TV, and luxurious master bath for winding down at end of day.
Escape to the backyard paradise that has all amenities desired for an Arizona vacation. Pool with heating option, hot tub, firepit, and custom built in BBQ will all have you not wanting to leave.
Prime location near Old Town Scottsdale and Arizona State University. Some of the Valley's top dining, nightlife, and shopping is all within minutes. Close to multiple spring training parks including Giants, Cubs, Diamondbacks, and Rockies.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.
Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $400 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.
This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.

Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.
An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.
* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
