This home is newly renovated in the heart of the Old Southside near Bates-Hendricks and Fountain Square. You’ll be minutes away from Indianapolis top attractions like Lucas Oil Stadium, the convention center, Monument Circle, Mass Ave, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Garfield Park, Bottleworks District, and TCU Amphitheatre.

BACKYARD:
A comfortable patio dining set makes for the perfect evening to enjoy dinner outside as a group. You’ll also be able to enjoy two egg chairs and two Adirondack chairs in a newly fenced in backyard with string lights along the fence.
