Great family trip

The house was clean and spacious and allowed us to fully telax in between family events and Indy experiences. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay

Fountain Square is a nice area to stay for the weekend, with easy, fast access to the convention center. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and other necessities like coffee. Having on-site parking was a bonus not often found in this area. We would stay here again.

Family visit

We loved the feeling of the neighborhood and didn't realize it was the area featured on "Good Bones" HGTV until arrival.

Great house in a convenient location

We were in town to watch the Swimming Olympic Trials and this house was the perfect place to stay. It took us <10 minutes to get to a parking lot within a short walk from the stadium. There were also plenty of great food options walking distance from the house. The house was in great condition; we had no issues with checking in or out, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We'd definitely stay there again.

This house is a Gem!

The property is just as presented online. It was well cared for and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We loved how it was so close to restaurants at Fountain Square.

Everything you need

Renting process fast, easy and stress free. They left you wanting nothing and if we have tournaments in Indianapolis again that will be 2st place I try to rent

Peaceful

Great guess service, quick response! House was very clean, organized and beautiful layout! I got into a jam with another property not being ready and owner worked with me to rent another night to accommodate family from out of time. I would definitely recommend this property and will be my first choice to rent again!

Good Property.

We were in town to watch the Lions demolish the Colts, which they did. The house was a great hangout spot. 2nd floor was the main place to be. Big room, big couches, kitchen and table all in one big room. That's what we like when it's a few of us together. Most of the bedrooms are up on the third floor while the ground floor had a couch and a bathroom. Since we didn't use the ground floor really, that bathroom was a nice out of the way spot for bathroom usage. Neighborhood seems newly gentrified. Mix of weird house and hew stuff. Never felt unsafe, though I would not try to walk to downtown or anything. We ubered whenever we went somewhere. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood at night. Very nice. Unless you have a compact car, don't plan to use the garage for parking. Street/driveway was fine though. Great place for an Indy trip!
