Sip weekend

This is a great property for a weekend at ole miss. Walkable to everything. Easy parking under building. The property manager was so great with tons of helpful information. The unit is new and clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Location cannot be beat

Our last stay in Oxford (as parents at least) for graduation weekend -- and wish we'd found this place years ago. It is perfectly located between the square and campus -- easily walkable to both. Love that there are two KING bedrooms and could accommodate multiple families traveling together. Only suggestion would be to have TVs in the bedroom -- which typically in Ox you're too busy to need. If we come back, we'll be looking for this place again.

Excellent location

Perfect location within walking distance to the Square and to campus. Condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean.

Great Location

The property was in great condition and just as advertised. The location is perfect for game day weekends as it’s a short walk to campus and to the square. The layout of property is nice with the larger master suite plus half bath on one side of the common living/dining space. And the other master and an additional bedroom and full bath on the other side. My only complaints relate to hot water for showers and the TV. Only 3 of us stayed in the unit for 2 nights and neither day was there enough hot water for all 3 showers. The water was warm but never got super hot. The TV was a smart TV and difficult to operate. After coming back after the game we wanted to relax and watch other SEC games before dinner. We finally were able to find one game but picture wasn’t great. You could easily access Netflix, YouTube etc but we just wanted regular network channels and ESPN. For the rate paid for game day weekend, we want hot water and a good TV for watching sports. Other than that, unit was great.
