All-around spectacular experience and location! Super charming and the location is incredible! Quick 2 block walk to The Square and 10 mins to The Grove. Located on the owner’s property, but still feels like your own place. Definitely booking here again the next time we are in Oxford!

We had the BEST time staying in Oxford and a good part of the experience was due to Molly & Ed. What a perfect location to stay; close to campus and the square. The rental was the cutest place! I loved the decor and it had absolutely everything we could ever need and plenty of space. Beyond the actual unit, Molly & Ed are the sweetest people and so, very welcoming. They made us feel like part of their family. I can't say enough and hope to see them again.

Ole Miss Football weekend

Molly and Ed have a wonderful space and were terrific hosts. Perfect location to the square and campus and late night chicken on a stick. Highly highly recommend.

Outstanding experience!!!! This place is perfect in every aspect. The location is amazing being two blocks from the square and a few blocks from campus. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The loft has everything you need. It’s very clean and comfortable. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating! We loved the Oxford and Ole Miss memorabilia inside the carriage house, and the location is so convenient! Being able to walk to the Square and campus on a game weekend is a huge bonus! Will definitely come back.

Perfect Location

Whether you walk to campus or to the square, this is the best location in town. Super clean and spacious apartment in the back of the host’s property. There was enough privacy as well. Molly and Ed were very sweet. Highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic Charming Carriage House Apartment

Wonderful experience staying at this property. The owners Molly and Ed are just wonderful people. They are super easy to communicate with, very helpful and accommodating before, during and even after arrival. Their hospitality is as much what we loved about this weekend as the apartment. The property was plenty of space for two of us. Comfortable welcoming accommodations with everything you could need for a long or extended weekend. Very close to the Oxford Square and Ole Miss Campus. We came and went as needed. I would not hesitate to book this space again and again!

Wonderful stay at this adorable fresh studio

My husband and I had a great stay at this cute one bedroom studio that sits behind Molly and Ed’s house. There is easy parking and a nice board walk through their beautifully landscaped back yard to get to the studio. It is well lit if coming in after dark. Everything was fresh and new, and we had everything we needed. Molly and Ed were so gracious and asked multiple times if we needed anything. The location is great for walking to the square and the campus. I would highly recommend this property

Cozy and Private, Location, Location, Location

Very charming hosts, very cute Ole Miss decorations, very private and comfortable place to stay. Spotless, everything works and very large suite with huge walk-in closet. And to top it off, you really don't need a car, as the Square is exactly one block away. Parking is included.
