Wedding Week

We stayed here after being up in the mountains for my daughter’s wedding. It was absolutely amazing. We were able to enjoy much needed down time after the busy wedding week. This place was so well maintained and had everything! We enjoyed the backyard games of cornhole and washers and also the hot tub. There is even a table top large Jenga game!! My older kids enjoyed the theatre room at night. The house was so well stocked with an abundance of towels and wash cloths and paper towels and toilet paper. It has 2 washers and dryers which was awesome with our older kids. It is also an extremely quiet neighborhood. We door dashed food one evening and enjoyed a cornhole tournament and ended the night with cards in the dining room. I would definitely book this place again if we were ever to return!!

Family stay for a softball tournament

Overall a good stay, plenty of space for our group but a little smaller than expected. Nice neighborhood and backyard to relax in.

Everybody Loves This House!

My husband, adult daughter, teen daughter, two elementary children, and I stayed in The Bungalow for 6 nights. Many relatives who live in the area made daytime and dinner visits with their kids and dogs. EVERYBODY LOVES THIS HOUSE! It is old fashioned but updated, and it has a lot of personality. Kids loved finding all of the nooks and crannies to explore; adults loved the state-of-the-art large appliances and the modern showers. The yard wraps around the house and so there is always both sun and shade. We often gathered on the front porch while kids swung in the hammock or in the back yard while kids played in the sandbox or hot tub. The hot tub is phenomenal. Adults appreciated the comfortable seating and terrific jets. The house is a wonderful place to entertain 12 dinner guests outside with chairs to spare. There is also a large indoor dining table that seats 6-8 comfortably with extra chairs to pull up to squeeze everyone in. We cooked many of our meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the space very much. The upstairs' bedrooms are large, sunny, and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Temperature of the home was easy to control. The neighborhood is very nice. We took several walks. Plenty of parking space in front and behind the house. The drive to Denver was no problem: we visited the Botanical Gardens and the Butterfly Pavilion. The drive to Mount Falcon for hiking was also easy.

What an amazing property! We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday there and the hosts thought of everything! Everyone had a great time and it was a nice get away for our family!

Great gathering place

Great place in a great location. The only negative thing is communication with the property manager. We had some plumbing problems and no one ever got back to us.

wonderful home in a great area

What a wonderful, relaxing stay! This place is great for any time of year. We loved sitting in the hot tub on a snowy night. The fire pit, grill, out door games, and pool table all make this property ideal for entertaining a group or family. We really appreciated the excellently stocked kitchen that made cooking at home super easy. Beds were comfortable and the place is luxuriously designed. Would love to stay here again.

Welcoming

This home is very welcoming and the location is close to Denver and mountain cities. The house is very stocked and extremely clean. We needed a house in a great location that had master bed and bath and living on the main floor. This is a perfect house if you have an elderly or handicap person. Perfect for family with children too! Fun outdoor activities and an awesome separate building for movies and pool table!
