Christine's rental is great. Conveniently located a few minutes from Downtown Littleton which is filled with great restaurants, shops and bars. Christine was super communicative when there was a power outage in the neighborhood and very helpful in remedying the issue.

Great Little Place

This was a great jumping off point to get where I needed to go. Spot for my vehicle as well as walking distance to Light Rail and restaurants!

Birthday trip

Fantastic yard for our dog. Location was great! Loved all the decor in the house and the host was great she was quick to get back to us if we needed anything. Was easy to get to the Bronco stadium from this house and a short walk to the downtown area of Littleton!

100% worth the stay!

Without a doubt an absolutely amazing place to stay at. Very clean and well taken care of and not to far from tons of amazing spots in Denver! If I go back I'll definitely book again.

We loved this property! Christine is professional and friendly. We loved the back yard and the house was bigger than I thought. Really appreciated the kitchen and all the supplies. The grill was a great plus too. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning property we spent a majority of our time outside on the deck enjoying the hot tub and the hominess feeling that the place gave us inside was an accommodation for everything absolutely wonderful 100% would stay again! It was a perfect little place for us little Wyoming girls to get away!

Red Rocks Amp crash pad

Picked this house due to it's closeness to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Didn't spend a lot of time here but the house was plenty big for our group with ample places to sleep. Nice backyard for a morning relax.

Convenient

This property is perfectly located to walk to Littleton and the train. The backyard is great. Unfortunately the Denver weather did not cooperate but would recommend if you want to visit Littleton town because it’s so convenient and unique.

Highly recommend this property!

Amazing location and beautiful yard. Stayed here with my husband and young children. Christine Is incredibly responsive and helpful. When she found out we had kids coming she added basket of toys for the kids to play with and offered us cruiser bikes to ride around town. The weather was great, so we ate outside for most meals. However, had the weather been cold it would’ve been trickier with young kids since there is only a small high top table in the kitchen. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful little home in a great location!

We had such a great stay at the property! The backyard is really the highlight, and I practiced yoga outside under the dancing aspen leaves, read my book next to the bubbling water feature, and ate my meals at the outdoor table. The inside of the house is clean and the kitchen and bathroom came with everything we needed to cook, shower, etc. It's not fancy or anything but it was perfect for us! The king bed on the main floor was very comfortable, and I am picky about beds. We were so happy finding this little gem right near where we needed to be for a wedding reception, and it was close to grocery stores and everything else we needed, plus when it was time to flee for the mountains it was a quick easy shot up 470 to 70 and we avoided the Denver traffic altogether!

Outstanding place!!

Hooked up with my son and some friends for some shows at Red Rocks. LOVED the place. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We could see Red Rocks on the horizon- a quick drive to the venue!!! Lots of character with all the old school band/event posters hanging throughout. Very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and good entertainment system. Also a lively zen setting in the backyard. Great energy. The waterfall, hammock and hot tub were nice amenities. The only feedback I would give (and it doesn’t affect my rating considering what a groovy place this was) is that the hot tub could have been about 5-8° hotter and the window AC units were a bit on the noisy side. I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back for my next show. Owner was very accessible and clearly a nice guy.

What a wonderful stay! Our dogs were kept entertained not only in the beautiful backyard but also on the various trails nearby. The house was fabulous - met or exceeded every expectation! Great host communication. Wish we could have stayed longer!

House was clean and as described. Pleanty of walking areas and centrally located to entertainment and restaurants. Host was very helpful and even provided several full length mirrors for a wedding party to get dressed.
