Named after the nearby Portage Park, a historic urban park, the neighborhood boasts tree-lined streets, well-maintained bungalows, and a mix of residential and commercial areas.

Getting Around:
Starting at O'Hare International Airport:
Ride the Blue Line heading towards Forest Park, and disembark at Jefferson Park Station.
Change over to bus #85 headed towards Central/Harlem, and alight at the Milwaukee/Pensacola stop.
Stroll east on Pensacola Ave for roughly 2 blocks; you'll find the destination on your left.

For those coming from Midway International Airport:
Board the Orange Line bound for Loop, and exit at Clark/Lake Station.
Transfer to the Blue Line going towards O'Hare, and get off at Jefferson Park Station.
Switch to bus #85, which is headed towards Central/Harlem, and get off at the Milwaukee/Pensacola stop.
Walk east on Pensacola Ave for about 2 blocks; the destination will appear on your left.

If you're starting from Downtown Chicago:
Catch bus #56 towards Milwaukee/Racine, and alight at the Milwaukee/Pensacola stop.
Walk east on Pensacola Ave for approximately 2 blocks, and you'll spot the destination on your left.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.
- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
