The neighborhood has a strong sense of community, and residents enjoy a variety of independent businesses, restaurants, and shops. Ravenswood is also known for its arts scene, with numerous galleries and theaters located in the area. One of the most notable landmarks in the neighborhood is the Ravenswood Metra Station, which provides easy access to downtown Chicago. Overall, Ravenswood is a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood that offers a perfect blend of urban amenities and suburban tranquility.

Getting Around:
From O'Hare Airport:

-Take the Blue Line towards Forest Park and ride for 7 stops to the Belmont station.
-Transfer to the Brown Line towards Kimball and ride for 5 stops to the Montrose station.
-Walk west on Montrose Ave for 3 blocks, then turn left onto Ashland Ave. The destination will be on your right.

From Midway International Airport:

-Take the Orange Line towards the Loop and ride for 15 stops to the Roosevelt station.
-Transfer to the Red Line towards Howard and ride for 14 stops to the Sheridan station.
-Walk east on Irving Park Rd for 2 blocks, then turn right onto Ashland Ave. The destination will be on your left.

From Downtown Chicago:

-Take the Red Line towards Howard and ride for 9 stops to the Sheridan station.
-Walk east on Irving Park Rd for 2 blocks, then turn right onto Ashland Ave. The destination will be on your left.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.
- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
